Dungeonsweepers (DGS) - Huge changes; read first post.
Obt, I forgot to add "Hgtb" to the list of useful acronyms, and I've been excluding all sorts of players from floors due to them not knowing what it means. (Whoops, sorry!) Would you mind adding it sometime?

People who adhere to common courtesy do.

Would you like to be in a floor where half of the chat is in a language you didn't even know? That isn't enjoyable for anyone but you and your friend. Not to mention that chitchatting mid floor in a different language and switching back and forth for different types of commands would be confusing to anyone not in your conversation. I'm 98% sure I know who Hump is talking about here, and, if I'm right, this player has brought many of their non-DGS friends who follow different "rules" into floors advertised in the DGS chat before. If anything gets added to the guidelines about conversing in English, I'd also ask that something be added about making it clear when a Skype floor is being advertised (i.e., Occ+2+Skype).

Learn to do the bosses well before doing a warped floor. This means all three of them =p.

At last, I can finally justify my excessive questioning of new players! I can't wait to see what these come out looking like. In other news, I'll be back on RS in 2-3 days. I've been looking for houses as I'll be moving soon. (There goes my summer.)

What Level Does ZMI start to profit?
20k RC exp for 15 minutes of effort, so yes.

What Level Does ZMI start to profit?
What does that do? You would get about 20k RC experience from completing it. This would take about 15 minutes of effort.

Oh, and don't forget that you can use your weekly penguin points on RC to speed things up. Tears of Guthix and Troll Invasion may be of use to you, as well.

Tui's right about the banker. Odds of you making 20+ of one type of rune in a run are low; you may wish to consider using Castle Wars or Edgeville to bank.

Read the guidelines listed on the first post of this page. There's a whole section on binds, there.

If you turm/ss flash everything, like you should be doing (but very few people actually do), then baxe is a better bind. In your case, use the prom 2h until you get better at dungeoneering. Then consider the primal baxe. In truth, about 70% of the people in DGS should never touch the primal baxe because they don't know how to use it. I do remember something about being able to use the baxe only if a ranked player recommends that you do so. (I know Cheeesy told me to swap my 2h for a baxe at level 90ish dging.) I don't know if this policy still exists, but I would definitely ask a ranked player before making the switch when you get level 87 dg.

That's not too bad for a second time through. Nice level mod =O.

Four gazers dry in two days =|. Nice medal collection, btw.

I also saw two gazers today (only seen four in total). In other news, here's a "proper" floor like Rocked/xpx/Mc/Grimy have been talking about. F46, Thundy boss, one death (Obat's). Yay.

This makes me hate my failed -19% level mod floor even more. *mopemopemope* Congrats ^^.

If you tell people you're new and looking to learn, no one will complain about long floors. More often than not, another player (i.e. a wingman, perhaps) in your floor will be able to point out what you're doing wrong and how to improve. If you put off joining DGS you're really only delaying your learning. ^^

Does this mean I can be mad at Mach for stealing my idea?

For this keyer log thing, do I have to include all of my floors or only the ones with decent teams? I key a lot for randomers, and I haven't been recording those floors because I can't really do anything about other peoples' errors except tell them how to fix them; it's not really a 30 minute floor when I have to run five doors and tell people "Go do the gd" every time they come across one... Why people say "(something) led to gd" and don't do it immediately still baffles me... So as of now, I'm not recording floors with 2+ randomers. Is this okay? I also excluded my -19% level mod Necro-on-a-Flesh floor because it hurts me too much to look at it ='(.

Two Questions...
There's your problem. Always use your laptop on a hard surface or a laptop cooler. Using it on the bed blocks the vents wich provides the air to cool your laptop. As for the "hardware can degrade over 3 years" I call [cabbage]. If hardware fails after only 3 years it's time to change your brand as the one you have is obviously made extremely cheap. My computer is on my desk 90% of the time. It's a normal, wooden desk. Temp is at 59C after an hour of fast dungeoneering. I blew into the fan thing earlier... that seems to be helping. Thanks for the help... I'll update you with any issues I come across, but I seem to be okay for now =).

Two Questions...
Not before this past week. My computer is three years old, maybe a little older.
-
Two Questions...
There's none. Temp at 60-68C depending on what I'm doing on rs... Dging larges = 68C, c1ing smalls = 60C (small sample size, though =p).
-
Two Questions...
That temperature was taken after two and a half hours of me playing rs on my laptop on my bed. I use a laptop; could it still be dusty? It really doesn't seem like it is...

Around 65C. Is that too hot? It was 45C when I turned it on (was on standby, but still...)

Two Questions...
Okay, so I downloaded something called Speedfan 4.43. It says my core temp is 50-51C at this time. Is that high? I'll let you know what it is after a few hours of use...
