Do all of you ACTUALLY think that the only reason that the PS2 was the most successful was because it was released 9 months earlier? :lol: I have only ever had 1 problem with my PS2, and it was because it fell off of my entertainment center. It started having problems with the disc tray and I opened it up and fixed it in about 30 min And once your 3 year warranty goes out, you will all be screwed.

Yes, 2 people. Now how many people do you know with messed up 360s? Yes, but the people who had messed up PS2's acually had to buy new ones and every person who has a Xbox 360 will: a) (If there 360 broke once the warrenty broke and they had to pay for a new one) They will be refunded. B) (There 360 broke within the warrenty) Will now have a 3 year extended warrenty. So there is a difference :) Your better off having a broken 360 than having a broken PS2/PS3. And once the warranty goes out on the 360, then you will be in the same situation. No [cabbage] you will have to buy a new PS2 if the warranty goes out, but it came out 7 years ago. ITS OLD. But it still brings up the point, I have never known anyone to ever have to call Sony for a replacement product. EVER. Not even a TV, a DVD player or a console or anything like that. And I have only known 1 person to ever need a replacement Nintendo product. So who do you think loses here?

Its good, light and reliable. Although I have to admit that the Wii is more of a secondary console. The 360 came out a year (or less maybe) before any of the next generations consoles did. I have said this before and i will say it again. Only time will tell. I only know 1 person who has ever had a defective Wii, and he got it at launch and it just recently happened

When there are more people who would rather play a game which will be erased in a few months than play the original, that should be a sign. The RSC pking system was the most flawed thing in the history of gaming. I can understand if you like it, but saying that it is the superior version? No, it really wouldn't be more populated. The games boom started when the graphical updates came along. You're a fool for saying otherwise. I will get flamed for this topic, but I am only trying to help I have noticed that on this forum, there are many well known pkers. I have also discovered that these pkers are most nostalgic about the pking system(duh). This has lead me to multiple discoveries There is only one thing worth mentioning about RSC that is apart of the gameplay which people miss The pking system is what people are still attracted to. This seems to be all that these pkers talk about. In fact, the majority of the people on here are pkers, which leads me to my next discovery The majority of the people who refuse to play RS2 and want RSC back, are pkers Pkers in RSC had something going for them, it took "skill" to be one of them(or a 5 min tutorial). Then, RS2 comes along and anyone with good stats can be one of them. This obviously makes them furious, so they refuse to play where someone with a bad connection can beat them When you come on here, everyone wants RSC open I have received no agreement on here, the closest thing was a mature post with constructive criticism. When you look at my previous discovery, all the pkers want RSC back open. Therefore, they populate these forums with nostalgic post, and only nostalgic posts. This makes the outside observer believe that RSC is wanted by everyone, but its only the pkers. The non pkers opened up to RS2, because they saw it as a gameplay update, not a stab in the heart. That is why people who would agree with me aren't on here, they are on the RS2 parts of this forum. Why the community really was what people missed about RSC I have 1 piece of overwhelming evidence to why this is true. Autoers and pkers seem to be the only ones who have any interest in the game at this point. RS2 was embraced with open arms by the community itself, the only people that didn't embrace it were you pkers. Instead of adapting and becoming great on the new game, you whined and died out. Now you are stuck sitting on these forums, wishing it all back. People cared about the community, not the game play. Do you know what I said when I heard that P2P was going to be an entirely new game? I said that no matter how good the new game was, that I would go to where my friends were. Luckily, it was still the same game. I will no doubt be flamed to death by people who use "phrases"(yes, I use that term lightly) such as "lil" and "ur". ^^ All of that is a matter of personal experience, I was at my friends house when he first got his (launch) and we played around 17 hours straight with no problems. And with 30% of 360s failing, that is a statistical fact. You can not argue it

I like the PS3 because of its great games and because its the only console that hasn't screwed me over so far. But if you look at trailers for games which are coming out in the fall ( a year away from the PS3 launch, just like the 360 had a year to prepare for great graphics which rivals that of PS3 launch titles) are the best ever seen on a console. IMO, it's a tie between Wii and the PS3, the real piece of trash is the 360. It's just that so many people have it and don't want to admit that their console is trash which makes it appear to be satisfying
