Not sure if this belongs here. But my friend just killed 2 skeletons at Waterfiends healing with Guthan's, both dropping a champion scroll. Has this happened before? That lucky [Cabbage].

The runes are worth picking up, but it shouldn't matter unless you're having a shortage of inventory spaces. You can make a large sum of money at Waterfiends, even if you're wasting money using Piety and Unicorn scrolls there. The drops there are severely underrated. I've read many-a-topic where the second post is completely irrelevant because they've read about 5 words of the introduction and assumed they get the "gist of it" Thanks for the reply, I just bought a SS, I can afford it so I guess it's worth it. Okay so I have 76 Attack 75 Strength and 76 Defence (60-70k to 77, can get in an hour if needed) I can buy basically the best gear to kill them and know how; I'm in the middle of reading a large guide right now. Look in my sig for Magic/Range/Prayer Level Could I kill them effectively? I'd take a bunyip and some scrolls to eat the raw fish. What do they drop that's worth picking up? ((Say 55 before you post to show you actually bothered reading)Other than the obvious Charms, like anything that stacks?) I've heard that an antifire shield isn't needed if you pray magic and run past the Brutal Green Dragons fast? Thanks for reading. ~Vinta

I haven't done that quest YET, but I'd imagine that'd help alot, thinking of it, what IS the Prayer boost? Didn't know there was one. This is helpful, would this mean that the OP would get like 6-7 kills? I'm going to try it soon hopefully and post my results.

I don't think either of them were really argueing, he just asked about it in a way that'd seem to be mocking, he was genuinly unsure as to if it'd work or not out of lack of experience himself. I don't see any flaming. :) Anyway, this method seems pretty good, I've been thinking about it too, I have 76 Defence and 85 Ranged, How many kills could I expect to last? I'd take War Tortiose, unless Terrorbird's energy is better somehow...

Well, After saving up 280 Slayer Points I decided to ask my friend if Slayer Rings were actually assistable. He said no. :| I guess I'll just get 70 Crafting, What'd be a fast way to do this without making much of a dent in my cash pile? I don't want it to take too long either. I'd need to craft 2,300 Green Dragonhide Bodies for 70 Crafting. Do these sell on G.E easily? How much would I lose by making these? Using G.E mid prices, 61-70 with Green D'Hide bodies would cost me 1,000,500GP? At the time of this post. Need some advice.

Really? I would've imagined a faster overall catch rate would be better than having to fill up a BoB each time. I'll probably use the Waterfall area, using the merchant nearby to sell my fish to, that'd mean unloading the BoB after running 2 seconds up the road. Energy isn't a problem, I would imagine it'd be faster doing shorter trips rather than filling up a BoB and unloading it to sell after I sell my invent, since getting to and from the spot takes very little time...

Hi, I'd like to know the Average XP/Hr at Shilo/Waterfall Fly Fishing. I'd be using an Ibis Familiar for the Fish boost, would this help in a noticable way in the long run? (60-70/76) And can someone post a reliable ratio that you catch Salmon/Trout at? It'll help with working out how many I need to catch and how long that'll take. Thanks.. Vinta.

Sorry. :wall: See thats why the rate drops don't work, he got 2 visages in 2 weeks...its all luck, but i believe that he can get 1-2 visages on the way for sure :thumbup: Yeah, there's a good chance I can get one, maybe 2, In all honestly there's a chance I could get 12 but there aren't any reliable drop rates out there to have a good guideline. So there's still a chance that I'd get none. At least the 100% drops are decent. :roll:

Aviantese? :| After killing many thousands of them, I came to an average of 2,923gp per kill, now, I'd need to kill 29,328 Aviantese to get 99 Range, And that would make me approximately 84m in bars and alchs. Killing 12,812 Black Dragons would make me at least 70m in hides and bones, but at least one visage would push me probably higher than the Aviansie drops. Not considering the fact that any clue I got from black Dragons, I could do then and there since trips are short and can be started easily. Also my friend had enough half key drops to sell for over 1m in 800 kills. And I'm not gonna start talking about the other drops along the way. I just find that if I go to Aviantese, I feel like I have to stay there, if you leave, it's annoying getting all set up and stuff, whereas Black Dragons are easily impulsively killed. ...I'm an OCD type, I wouldn't want to leave Aviantese unless my KC was 1k, 2k, 3k or 4k. :) And that'd put me off of playing all together. And another thing, most of the money from Dragons is going on Farming, so I'd want to farm whilst killing them, which is kind of a "no-go" for being inside a God's Battlefield.

Just a little FYI: I don't really know that much about farming, so it's possible I'm taking the completely wrong approach to things. Just give me some advice on training it high. xD Or maybe the other way around, like, the most efficient way to 99 Herb with my money, and then just some farming advice? :?

The question is mainly focused at Farming really, What should I plant whilst making payments to farmers to earn the best XP? I'd rather not spend stupid amounts for it, so no palm tree seeds. XD Would I plant Willow trees or Maples? What fruit tree should I plant? I was thinking Pineapple since it's about 3gp/xp... Curry tree seeds seem very slow but they're much cheaper, uh. Little help? xD :? My price range is, in theory, going to be about 80-100m by the end of the summer, so the question is, what would be the most efficient way to get 99 farming with that money. And of course, leaving as much left over to train Herb. #-o

I know this is very controversial, but I'm thinking about killing 12,852 Black Dragons over the summer and getting 99 Range in the process. Do I have a decent chance at a visage? Yes, I already know I have a chance on the first kill, I understand it all, But I know the drop-rate is unheard of. Just a kind of estimate, anyone? :-k

I'd imagine rings are quite good, I have yet to test them, will probably do that soon, I'll post my findings here if I get around to it. As for the others, I'd just go for Broad-Bolts, they're good all around.
