I personally try to max my magic defence, using things such as Karil's or D'Hide, while having a bit of a Prayer Bonus, and praying Melee, it usually does quite well, although he can hit hard with magic occaisionally so have some food with you. As for where to dig, just find the area that the Treasure Locator shows you, and try digging around in a 3x3 square of that area. Make sure you have the Clue, Chart, Sextant and Watch on you when you dig, otherwise you'll never find anything. :

The fastest xp would either be Barraging Skeletal Monkeys in the Ape Atoll Dungeon, or I believe it would be Barraging at Soul Wars.

Thanks, that helps, it would make sense since that'd be easiest for the game engine, to keep the rates the same no matter how many people are fishing from the spot. I brought this up because it feels like when I fish on my own, the spot changes 1 time, maybe 2 times per inventory, sometimes not once, but when I'm on a very busy world with lots of people, it seems like we're often fighting over spots because I feel like I run around alot more often. The same goes with woodcutting, one inventory full of Yew Logs is possible from one/two trees on my own, but with alot of people I often run around finding trees yet to be felled, so I assumed it applied to fishing too. :

Does the amount of people fishing from the same spot decrease the rate at which you catch fish? Or is it like Woodcutting? More chance for the spot to move but yielding the same fishing rate. Thanks in advance. :

The fastest way would to right click one Teak Log while you're cutting the tree and have your cursor over the "Drop" option, the moment another appears in your inventory, click drop and quickly click the Teak tree again, then do the same again with the log you just cut. I believe this continues to chop the tree while not stopping to drop logs, though be careful to not get strain in your wrists, stop for a few minutes if it begins to hurt.

Yes, I think they moved one of the lobsters closer to where the drops stay, so no matter where you stand, if you're casting or picking up drops, if one of the lobsters either side spawn, they will most likely attack you. Jagex's pathetic attempt to stop the grinding of Summoning. :roll:

I think I got like 250xp per cast with Ahrim's at like 80 Magic, bursting.

I currently use Sumona for my Slayer tasks, I was wondering if it's really worth getting a cannon. I don't want to spend all of my money on it, I want to know that it's not being totally wasted, I mean, I've heard using it Aberrant Spectres under the Pollnivneach Dungeon can profit. I'd probably use it on things like Basilisks and Spectres? I don't know, give me some ideas. :P I'd use it mainly just to speed up a few tasks, but not at a huge price. Thanks for any advice, feel free to ask any questions about how I do things to get a better idea of what I should do...

At my stats I can easily do Waterfiend tasks, although you don't have the Summoning level to summon a Bunyip... I'd suggest Guthan's, along with a high magic defence set-up whilst praying range, switching to Guthan's and healing on the skeletons that wander around. My Current set-up is: Slayer Helmet Amulet of Fury Armadyl Chestplate Armadyl Plateskirt Dragon Boots Fire Cape (Trimmed Skillcape is better if you can wear one.) Saradomin Sword Barrows Gloves Berserker Ring (Seer's ring if you really need more Magic Defence, although it's not really needed) I suggest taking super attack and strength potions, take a few p pots and alot of sharks. You'll also need an anti dragonbreath shield for getting there, with a games necklace it takes a matter of seconds to bank, so it could even be possible without the healing effect of Guthan's, it'd just take alot longer. When you get 68 Summoning, take a few Bunyips and alot of Swallow Whole scrolls, 80 cooking is very helpful. : Hope that helped.

Yeah they come in waves, I think you're asking when the timer is up for you to be able to do the minigame again? Like I know that you can only cut two Evil Trees per day, I'm not sure about shooting stars, I'll try look it up for you.

Ahrim has a measly Ranged defence, like the melee brothers have measly magic defence. I don't see the need to dish out 1k per bolt on a bolt as good as Broads, just to occaisionally ignore his measly Ranged Defence. I'll say it once more for effect. Measly. : I'd go with Broad, IMO. xD

Chaos tunnels are just as full as the wilderness, they just have (more annoying, IMO) baby blacks hanging around and less green dragon spawns.

All I ever read is. 1: Go to Green Dragons for cash! 800k hour there! woo they're great! They're always full. Everywhere, I don't get it. Some very imaginative suggestions here, I like it, Maybe it could be a Glacial cape? (I don't know if this has been suggested already, but I don't have time to read through the replies yet, will do soon.) Since I'm pretty sure the Icyene have nothing to do with swimming underwater, large underwater dragons or capes. :) I'm thinking also, maybe the Leviathan could drop a Dragon Kiteshield? Or maybe... since I see people were suggesting it be weak to crush attacks, it drop a Dragon Warhammer? The warhammer would have a special that would make it somehow, a VERY useful weapon to have for Crush attacks, you know, use your imagination. :) And one other thing: I know people are saying it shouldn't have better stats than a firecape as that'd make a firecape unworthy... But seriously. A firecape is easy as hell to get, period.

So are you saying during the Freaky Forester event, you cannot go to tab showing the items you are wearing? I know that you can see you inventory during this, so if you had some other armour you'd be able to change it during the event if you clicked that, so I don't see why it wouldn't let you go to the item equip tab. Oh and to the people saying it's pointless to buy because it weighs alot When was the last time you saw someone wearing barrows armour outside of the obvious, GWD, Barrows, KBD, Slayer. :)

Vesta's degrades in an hour and turns into dust. No re-selling if I take damage.

Hi, I want to buy Vesta's Chest and Plateskirt for the same reason most people buy things like Elegant, to have a nice outfit. Now, I've been racking my brain trying to think of anything in the game that'd cause it to begin degrading, The only thing I could think of is random events, but the Swarm, Mr. Hyde, Troll etc. Events have disappeared from the game... So what I'm basically asking is, is there any way for it to begin to degrade without me PHYSICALLY clicking a monster? Does it degrade in the same way as barrows in that sense? If so, I can test out anything with a barrows piece before I get Vesta's. Things like failing obstacles and getting damage taken off of you, that kind of stuff. Thanks for any feedback in advance.

Just wanted to say, brilliant guide, I've read it all through, it's great, but I haven't read through the replies yet so I haven't seen if this has been stated already but... The Choc-Ice Seller in Nardah stocks infinite chocolate bars, and isn't that far away from the bank, probably alot faster than having to hop alot with the Recipe For Disaster bank chest.

I'd say Fury is better than Full Verac's; It's useful but it's not as widely used as a Fury, where a Fury can be used in many situations.

I have now killed 25 of these skeletons and still no scroll. :( It's been fixed now. And don't be sad you couldn't exploit a bug which took all the fun out of a challenge. -Looks at time of post- Alrighty, it was a bug? Well, it's not like anyone was abusing it, Jagex just messed up, we're safe. \
