  1. welcome to rate this! where everyone is determined to urinate on your dreams. nice job there, you got more than one fire cape anyway? :P
  2. So do you have anything to contribute, or a better solution? Or are you just here to troll? If I was trolling I'd have told you your post was a good idea
  3. task of 133, pretty good considering I left my RoW behind :-s
  4. limiting the GE to a few worlds would be a spammy lagfest that nobody wants or enjoys
  5. High level combat equipment has pretty much hit it's limit. Anything more powerfull than godswords and pvp weapons and we're going to be able to hit 99+ in a single hitsplat. It's bad enough we can already be killed within one second by a blitz+AGS+gmaul spec combo while 99 def, hp and sara brewed. I think there will be more high-level combat equipment in the future, but although you're right about the already over-the-top damage rates, I think they'll be thinking more about diversity of equipment instead of trying to raise the bar with every new update. Well I hope so, anyway.
  6. I think putting a cap on the same item would be a really great idea, such as two verac helms like you said. A cap on buying two duplicate items of armour/weapons would work well to start off, obviously caps on things such as raw materials would have to be considered a bit more.
  7. The article about the economy was a good read; I think we're going to have big problems with inflation soon unless something is fixed. With the new PVP drops bringing more and more cash into the game - especially with the over the top droprate - Jagex needs to create a new money sink pretty quick.
  8. hopefully, but i don't think they were
  9. I don't think you need to do 250 perfect laps in a row  . Not in a row - confirmed. that's a bit boring of jagex
  10. waiting on stories of people failing their 249th consecutive lap
  11. free always, plus it feels great lending level 80's whips/godswords for 24h
  12. Yes you can still get the statuettes in F2P
  13. me too-12 snap from one patch    [mg]http://img150.imageshack.us/img150/3402/06212009190419.png[/img] Wait. Why didn't you replant? I started with 10k cash and 2 seeds and worked up from there, by that time in the day I only had enough cash to buy 5 seeds so i'd buy, plant, harvest, sell snaps and start again. It's good money though, and I've made enough to re-plant now  pking is great money and fun when you get into it. in terms of the shakey hands - a lot of people get it even if they won't admit it, I think it's because of the risk and the excitement. Anyway, try f2p pking- lower risk but just as fun, and once you are comfortable with that go back to p2p again. you could always practise dagger switching at duely lol gratz on 99 str
  14. Jagex generally releases new content when it's ready, not when it's a good time - don't forget different countries have holidays at different times so summer is not necessarily the best time for big updates. also obligatory sailing reference
  15. me too-12 snap from one patch
  16. better watch out 26k'ers and brawlers
  17. Maybe I misunderstood what this was about, but that win doesnt look like bug abuse. All it is is a bunch of guys take full verac (4 iteming) and protect items and never attack anyone. The other team who wants a war would obviously attack the veracs. But once you get attacked, you can fight back and not get skulled. Thus the veracers used a revolutionarily simple tactic of letting the opponents attack them first so they don't need to skull and risk anything. I don't think that's really relevant to this "skull glitch" OP was talking about. No, it is, I know the bug is related to binds and most of them were carrying bind runes without any reason with no mage gear in p2p. Think about it, each person would have to have been attacked at least once by each of the opposing 10 people, and seeing as no multi spells were allowed, in the chaos of p2p fights it's just not possible. Plus I know the leader, and he's completely the person who would do that sort of thing. Also from reading the topic in question it's obvious they bug abused. Anyway, the point is there IS an active skulling glitch going on, so be careful.
  18. No there is a definate skull bug going around; I read a 10v10 p2p win topic on another forum where the winning team took full veracs and SOMEHOW didn't skull the whole fight -convenient no? -.- Heard it's to do with auto retaliate, just be careful out there
  19. Runescape on acid
  20. Whats the seconds one meant to be :?: Maybe the arrows under the mage shorts look like SC arrows? Sorry, was picked up my computer and showed in paint and photobucket but then doesn't show up to anyone else/me now that I closed the program. Basically it was a graphics error where everything looked see-through. :ohnoes: If I can reproduce this I'll repost it. Not sure what the problem was. The arrows under the msbs are broad arrows. Sorry for creating this spam. :wall: I had the same see-through bug - took a screenshot and it doesn't show. wierd eh?
  21. Best post on tip.it forums right now
  22. 4 TT items is a bit unusual
