You're missing the point. It is a simulation. And it's not pointless. a simulation could be pointless because we don't know if there's a set limit of kills before you can get an item. plus, he doesn't really know the odds of the draconic visage being dropped. these are what scientists call "variables" and they do not conduct an experiment, or in this case simulation, until they have all variables under control, except for one, in this case, the number of people in the test. you can't get accurate results without having the variables under control, the simulation is pointless because it doesn't have them. He's just stressing a point. No, it does not give solid facts. He's just basically saying what should be obvious, and that is that it's all about luck. This "study" isn't supposed to prove anything. It's supposed to tell you that sometimes you just won't get a drop of a goblin armor from a goblin after 800 kills. wait a minute, some people don't know that? :shock: wow... people have gotten stupid...

Or maybe every game the scenery can change, one game could be a volcano\wildy theme, one could be ice, once could be a forest ETC. that would be way too hard, and there would be even more lag in the cw area than there already is. i do think that they should update the graphics there though.

At that rate, you *should* need 64ish Runecrafting to get into the highscores since it has been out for 3 years. well, runecrafting is the lone exception there... but think about it. 1xp every 4 minutes, even in runecrafting you can get more than that in 4 minutes. in fact, you can get 2.1k xp a minute in runecrafting if you abyss craft deaths. yes, varrock is a town so, if they were referring to avatars, they might have hinted at something else... although there's nothing that i can think of that would suggest avatars. :-k i guess you could be right.

highest ranked is hunter at 45, 143k rank. highest is wc at 76

The first 55 levels took me less then an hour. :shock: Had a bunch of normal logs, and cut them till 15, then used a bunch of shafts with feathers, and headless with steel heads untill 55. Ended up with 20k-ish steel arrows. Lost about 100k in the process, but its always fun to gain 55 levels in an hour :thumbsup: . :shock: you got one level below me in an hour...

I remember one Tip.It'er set out to prove that 100+ was possible. He actually did, too. Hit 101 on one of those shades, umm, Fiyr Shade I think. :-s ok... uhhh... rs2 came out more than 3 years ago... 29th March 2004. I was there. oh, you're not talking about beta, a lot of people were in beta and they had rc in there. Beta was released on the 1st of December 2003. 3 and a half years ago, not 5 as you said. And on the 29th of March 2004 beta ended and all characters were destroyed, so it has no relevance on the highscores. :?: i've always been told that they were the first people on the high scores, the beta characters... EDIT: nevertheless, the point remains that over 9 million people have access to rc, but it doesn't have 1 million people opn high scores, but a little over a million have access to fletching, and it is already above 30 for the base lvl.
