  1. That's what I suspected. Thanks for the confirmation!
  2. I know that you can only assist skills for others no more than 30k xp in 24 hours. But, is there something you can check to see when you can assist again, without having to ask someone to request assist on you over and over? Thanks!
  3. Dungeoneering does not have to be done in groups. I have done it solo many times. I don't see this is a real issue, at least not for me. The new skill is EXACTLY like a mini-game/activity. Slayer is not like an activity because you get xp for each and every monster kill during each assignment, not getting all of your slayer xp at the end of the entire assignment (that would make Slayer like a mini-game activity, but it's not even close). With Dungeoneering, you only get xp after completion of each instance. Again, this makes Dungeonerring EXACTLY like a mini-game/activity. I generally have accepted most updates with no complaint, but I think this skill could have been done a bit better. One thing that would have made the skill more fun to train is by allowing some dungeoneering experience to be gained while completing puzzles in the rooms, instead of an "all or nothing" xp reward at the end of each instance. If someone has an Internet issue in the middle of an instance, he/she would lose everything that had been done so far. It happened to me when I was close to finishing a pretty lengthy instance - annoying waste of time that was! Again, I generally have liked most Jagex updates (unlike those that seem to gripe about most of them), but just the one suggestion I gave above would really improve this new skill dramatically!
  4. Use Linux and ditch Windows and you will extremely improve your ability to resist viruses and sharware. Join the revolution! :)
  5. I guess that make sense. I'll tell him to start the quest and see what happens. Thanks.
  6. Does anyone know if you can do Rocking Out quest with 67 smithing and a mature dwarven stout (+2 smith bonus)? I've already done the quest, but a friends of mine wants to know this. Thanks!!!
  7. That must be it, King Mirthas. I will plant more corn and wait one growth cycle before setting up the scarecrow.
  8. Anyone? This one medium task is holding me up. Don't know what I did wrong.
  9. I planted sweetcorn, set up the scarecrow, harvested the sweetcorn, and the medium fally task in the diary will not update. It is the only task left for me to do (have done all the easy and hard tasks and this is last medium one). Help! Thanks!
  10. Ha ha! That's cool! Thanks again!
  11. OK. Thanks so much for the answer! Is that from personal experience with a landing star??
  12. Omali, I only do wildy stars and kill revs on the side, so I'm not going out there naked . . . :)
  13. OK. Maybe it will get moved by a mod. Thanks for your mature response SwordKing.
  14. It may not be "impossible" to get elite armor pieces from Elite Knights after the quest, but I killed about 300 of them and no elite armor drops. I killed 150 without wealth ring on and about 150 while wearing the ring of wealth. Must be pretty rare drop!
  15. Has anyone stood under the shadow of the shooting star and allow it to land on you? I was wondering if you take damage or die from it? I've been tempted to do it but I always have valuables on me and don't want to have to race back to my gravestone if it were to kill me. Anyone tried this?
