Yea, I actually saw this method on someone's crafting guide. I had known about yak and everything before, but It really came off as a success with the new shop update. ^_^

Sadly, this is NOT the fastest way to get gold ore. There is a faster way.

the arrow one is a bit ignorant, because that would destroy ranging in itself. The whole point of ranging is to hit from affar at moving, or still targets. Doing that would make ALL moving targets safe from range. Pking with range would die out. Dueling with range would die out. Range in itself would essentially be as useless as firemaking =\

well, with the themed graphic updates, they are probably saving it for the Slayer monster ones ;)

Jagex has already stated that they are not doing any updates for f2p becuase they just dont want to. They'd rather do updates for members, and besides, if you can't afford $5 a month, you shouldn't even have internet.. I know there are certain circumstances where some people just can't get it, but for most of you, seriously now, its ONLY $5 a month. Quit your WoW account and make 3 RS ones -.-' Plus, about half if not more, of f2per's are either bots or chinese people, so whats the point of updating it anyways?

I suggest for mining, power-mining iron out by Yanille, and for smithing you can try getting your hands on enough rings of forging to make all that iron, or you can make gold ore into bars if you wanna mine that. If you do do the gold thing, get Gold-Smith gauntlets. It give like 56-57 exp per ore :D
