This is just my strat, and I get top 5, if not top 3, every game. Zerg docks, start fishing. Once you find 100%, go read the forums, watch TV, or actually pay attention to the game. This will not give you as much medals, but it'll still give you other stuff.

Got this done, can now use Turmoil, once I get my prayer up there. Gonna do the rest of the quests I haven't done in order to get my quest cape back, and get that nice 450k pray exp from Blood Runs Deep.

If it's tomorrow, it'll be to counteract World of Warcraft's latest patch. In all seriousness, I don't think it'll come out tomorrow, even with the given evidence. Don't they usually have development diaries?

Just out of curiosity, what's with the gear? Gmaul, kxbow, and I think I see inf boots. inf boots, rcbow, v skirt, k top, firecape, neit, inf boots (I was hybriding like 5 minutes before), obby shield, glory Was your intent to get kills with that set up? I pk for fun, handcannon and whip->dds gets boring after awhile, lots more fun to mix it up. I'm not trying to start anything, as 3 Point Man believes, but gmaul is very inaccurate, and KXbow doesn't hit for anything unless it's a clothie. I'm just saying, but good luck with that set up.

Yeah, that could be, I was also thinking it could be due to HD. Although I dont consider my geforce 8600GTS to be outdated tbh :P I would think it's the HD, with all the colours blending and stuff. Maybe look at the same spot in standard detail, see if it changes.

I've personally never seen these odd colours, but it seems more like a graphical error on either Jagex's behalf, of yours. Maybe the developers messed up something with the latest update, or your graphic card is a little outdated.
