Soooo tempting to buy 20 santas but I don't feel like canceling my ge offer for my divine and ely. Heres a thread about it: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=788147 Maybe he bought it because he liked the item and isn't interested in making/losing money with it. : That's exactly what I was thinking, just like what people were thinking when AGS and SGS were frozen. I would imagine that is why he bought it but with the new 10% rise/fall cap on 3rd age is enough of it being bought and sold per day to make it update near everyday he could have bought it a week later for close to 30M and saved 33M to buy some other piece which would be the smart thing to do. Also he has had that offer in the GE for awhile now and maybe he was asleep during the crash and got it before he had a chance to cancel it and wait for it to drop. So possibly he got burned by trying to buy a rare item via the GE.

I think they sell in the ge but I'd sell whenever you want they are going down though but they arn't complete junk like everything else excluding plate and ammy.

Well 3rd age officially crashed last night at about 2am CST when a few people dumped massive amounts of it. Melee plate, legs, and the mage ammy are still holding up for a little less than GE price and I a debating canceling my divine and ely offers to buy it but am not sure. Party hats are going to continue to rise because thats what the merchants are hoarding now so if you own a p hat be proud you now own a rare item again. Small rares will rise but there is yet to be a market on them again we'll wait and see.

Thanks crafting was actually fun was debating spending my sc points on it and getting 99. Thanks Thanks now get back to that quest cape! Havn't doing anything much the past 2 days except some GWD. Did a bandos trio then we got crashed by some guys so we called a bigger team and I wasn't equiped for tanking so I went got geared up again and sold my 3rd age before it crashed on me and I was stuck with it. After that I did some sara GWd with dwarven who wanted to 5 man and on 7th kill we got ss, #18 for me. Was a funny picture so I took a full one. Today I did some bandos and sara. Sara was ok no drops though was disappointing. Bandos we got some pretty sweet drops like d med and shard 3 :P Tommorow I got to do that fremmy quest and go sara gwd and cross my fingers for a hilt. If I get a hilt I am buying 99 prayer so wish me luck.

Guess this shows how much 3rd age is realy out there I mean look at the guy with the coifs and vambs. I will laugh at the hoarders who get stuck with the 3rd age when it finally crashs. Also I bet you soiled yourself when your legs bought in the GE :-#

Make sure you have the clue with you. Look very closely at the puzzle and see if it's 100% correct. Make sure you havn't logged since you finished it. Post a picture :)q

Not only if you did that but people have to believe that that is going to happen. Faith in the economy is what keeps it going, if we lose faith it will crash although I bet you could make it crash. ;) Your right somewhat because once people here the word crash there is going to be panic and a huge dump by alot of players. But with spirit shields being trade with and for 3rd age there is alot of 3rd age entering the open market making it seem like an increase in supply. Once the regular players have their 3rd age the demand will go way down and merchants are turning to partyhats now because they rise everyday unlike 3rd age and it's once a week or two pattern. Now with only two spirit shields left that are very high street value merchants will try to buy those up as their next item. Well how do you get a very high priced item via trade? You trade more high priced items for it. People are paying 2B in 3rd age for a 1B item smells like a crash to me. The people who trade elysian and divine ss's go and sell the 3rd age for max to get a way better profit than if they sold the shield for max. More 3rd age out of players banks + more 3rd age from clues + very high priced uneconomical item = Crash it's simple. I just went with my gut feeling and sold it sure I could lose 15M or so but the cash could go to much better use.

lol is that Zanik crossbow any good? I haven't been mems for a while. -.- Hit up to 15 extra damage on people using prayer or that have god items on so it's very good for range specials.

Yesterday in PvP I hit 55 d stone bolts then a 53 for the red bar then instead of hitting my zanik c bow and addy bolts I hit tele tab because the click lagged -.- I was mad coulda been an awesome kill with 3 hour of hotzone and his torags skulled.

Whites went up 1.5M today : and 3rd age didn't even after alot of people sold :-k Red to white is possible but it's going to be very tough because whites are a rarer partyhat and the people who own whites usually spent money on them to keep them. It'll require alot of foruming and w2ing to get the upgrade.

No you me! I post pictures of me selling my 3rd age and everyone starts sells it too. Bet 3rd age rises tommorow from the amount sold today :D Gratz on the purple it's way hawter than a wierd shaped shield anyway. I feel bad for the people that stuck with spectrals and arcanes not to mention people who don't sell their 3rd age when the merchants dump it.

Well MMG said he'd imagine around 1K total so that and an xp requirement maybe? i'm not sure but we'll see I'm sure we'll get soem great input.

Considering the ammy's price in the GE, it's street price, and it's mage bonus I'm sure you'll be fine until Jagex decided to up the prices.

Considering they rarely rise in GE price I'd say once they hit 100M GE they will fall which might be a good while unless Jagex intervene's.

but the kite is the sexiest part na i never really liked the look of it althoguh ill probly miss it when I sell it but im scared kite will crash 'cause of the spectrals and those other new shields are coming down to its price range.. plate and legs will be most saught after armour ALWAYS im pretty sure :P Well the kite just rose way too much for it to be any good so it will crash soon. As for plate and legs they will stay high the longest just because people like the look of it. But in the end it's going to crash but if you like it keep it, it's all your money. I used to get constant flame for keeping my white but I liked it and bought it. Nobody should tell you what to do with your money but all I am saying is I sold it because I got tired of it and it realy didn't matter to me if I had 3rd age or not. I liked the kite but I payed 60m for it and it's 90M. Third age was a great item because it used to be cheap and rare now it's expensive and hoarded and besides merchants not many people will pay 90M for something worse than DFS. Same with the spirit shields they got expensive and people don't want to waste 190M for some mage bonuses so less demand and always a supply.
