Effigies break down into four forms level 91, 93, 95, 97. If you open then you get a certain amount of experience 91 - 15,000 xp of that certain skill 93 - 20,000 xp of that certain skill 95 - 25,000 xp of that certain skill 97 - 30,000 xp of that certain skill and if you have to assist another player they get the xp, and you get the next effigy in the line. once you use up all the stages you get a dragon-kin lamp which give you a HUGE bonus of xp (to calculate you bonus xp try this = Level x Level x Level / 20.2 = Bonus xp)

What makes me laugh is... that was my quickest slayer level in the 90's i only played 4 days, since last level. thank god for effigies

decided to collect effigies at 500k to level :L

would you guys like it if effigy's were also gathered through skills? i'e in birds nest, out of rocks, picking pockets fishing nets? etc

Its just shocking just how much help these effigies give you! I'm getting half way through each slayer level with the ability to use my effigies to finish it off :thumbup:

So it's been a few months now since effigy's were released and what i wanted to know is, What are your views on them? What monster do you find drops then frequently, how do you feel about the ability to assist them and there reward?

Maybe Jagex have realised, that 120m xp for 1 level is stupid, so they halved it?

Why feel ashamed to have 99 strength. Its still a level 99 isn't it? I got 99 cooking first, and yet I still wear my cape and feel proud knowing I'm level 99. I use soul wars cape mainly for slayer, in case I want to use some ultimate strength or piety, and My skill capes to show off.
