Plain and simple, Jagex can see if you're getting 10m from someone with 1k+ total lvl and 4000 in game hours, and they can see if you're getting 10m from a lvl 3 standing in the varrock bank. It's plain and simple.

Yeah it's a new thing, the higher your magic is the higher your base m.def lvl is. The best way to lvl your mage on a pure str pker would be to curse/weaken etc to 59 since that won't take hardly anytime. To do this get body runes and a mudstaff(this is 1.6m but you re-sell it after you're done lvling mage) and you wear full metal armor w/ a shield and go curse something w/ high m.def like some type of archer. Make sure to never ever get prayer or defense and your pker will be good.

How can the family be mad, they should have had some type of back up plan, what if there was a storm on power was knocked out? They can't be mad at the power company because they didn't want to drive grandma to the hospital.

I think if you found a book like this you'd honestly be an [wagon] not to use it to an extent. There are so many people that need to be killed, but it would be to sensitive for our government to do it. If you could just write all of their names, there's about 20 of them, and then a very public way for them to die, something like car/plane crash, drowning then the world would be a much better place.

So I'm up to 3m, I make a sad 80k an hour picking flax, yeah do the math. So now I'm up to 3m and I'm wondering should I keep picking flax or should I start merching or string all of my flax.

I never brought runes into the wild, losing a scim and 2h wouldn't break my bank and I'd rather have the extra lobs, but in Rs2 your magic level gives you magic defense, so it's a win/win, if you ever want to go full rune PKing you can and you'll hit hard doing it and if you fight a mage you'll have good m.def for it. Also the shield would become a nuisance after 1 or 2 runs, you'll probably try to 2hKO 3-4 times a fight, and after doing it and then re-equipping your scim and your shield you'll decide the extra def isn't worth it, and while reequipping the shield you might even lose a KO chance, just a thought.

wow... there are so many guides about this that'll answer you questions 10x better than all of these people. don't wear any metal armor at your cb mages will tear you up. Here is what you need to wear and your inventory. Equipped: Wizzy Hat Wizzy Robe Grn D'hide Vambs Grn D'hide Chaps Rune Scimmy STR Ammy Gloves/Boots Inventory Str Pot R2H 26 Lobs. Being pure str your stats need to be just like this for F2P, there is no other way. 40atk 01def 99str 01pray 59magic(m.def, and you can cast any f2p spell w/o gaining a cb lvl) 40range That's it, there's no other way to correctly equip your pker, no need for any metal armor or any shield in the wild. 2 str pots it useless and if you go out there w/o an r2h you won't kill anyone.

I'm 40atk,def and str and I'm about to buy gilded but first I want to know what price it was when it was first introduced and how steady the price has been. Has it been dropping rapidly? In 2 weeks would I see my 4.5mill at 3.5mill? I don't want to feel stupid in 2weeks(and I won't feel stupid in 2 weeks just for spending 4.5m on shiney rune armor)

The only way i'd ever buy one(just because in 3 weeks they've dropped something like 600k)is if I was DKing and I found one myself, i'd keep the first one and sell the rest.

Nope, I started from scratch and I'll have atleast 10m by the time my combat stats are 40/40/40/40. I got 4 stats to 60 before I even touched combat, now I'm taking mining and woodcut to 75. I'm not showing off to anyone, it'll just be a while before I'm 70 def for barrows.

I started smoking New Ports after I'd smoke weed, about 2 weeks ago I stopped smoking weed and I realized I was addicted to cigarettes, I never knew before because I'd smoke weed twice a day, and then smoke 3-4 cigarettes afterwards so I never thought I was addicted. Then I quit weed and now I still need New Ports, it kinda sucks but I'm not complaining, I love the way they taste.
