So me, how am I doing?

Tempted to be Nomrombom clone #2. I'm 19 but people always think I'm under 18. Means every time I drink in public I have to go through the whole "Aren't you too young to drink?" thing about a dozen times.

Friend's 18th tonight, was heaps of fun. It was themed towards military, most people only wore camo pants or had a vest. I went full out with a morph suit, black pants and a nerf gun. Only down point when some guy threatened to break a kid's other leg. I told him to never threaten kids, and he starting yelling at me like I had no right to say it, then he got his younger sister to try having a go at me, telling me they can say whatever they want because he's their cousin. I wish it was their kid, I'd have called DoCS. It's basically a government department that deals with children, making sure they're in a safe and loving environment, helping people if they're interested in fostering or adopting children, and advising people on parenting.

Well, if it was offered on Steam along with Origin, most people would just download steam and not use EA's Origin platform, which is the whole reason they are only allowing it on Origin in the first place. People would pick Steam for one of two reasons, either they've got games on it, along with a big enough base of friends and don't want to install Origin for one game, or it's because they dislike EA with a passion and refuse to install a client from them from which they can delete your account for inactivity.

God [bleep]ing damnit. You're going to need to install Origin. People keep arguing over whether it's only to install, or for when to run BF3. They really should have just offered it up on Steam along with Origin.

About 15k people are in jail for only possession of marijuana at any one time in the US. Yeah, about what I was expecting. I imagine many more are in there for dealing, trafficking, etc. Can't be [bleep]ed grabbing the source, but the majority of people in jail in relation to cannabis are there for simple possession.

A lot of people say that mixing drinks isn't a good idea. Not sure if this is actually sound advice or not though.

We got a tax for alcopops a while ago. All that happened was people went from Cruisers and UDL to just buying straight alcohol and mixing it with non-alcoholic drinks themselves. This tends to lead to heavier drinks, and the idiots don't realise and drink even more.

I think it's unfair if insurance companies aren't allowed to assess risk. Given the nature of insurance, it only makes sense that they do. Private insurance is different, they can put cannabis use as an optional extra to cover, whereas with public healthcare it should be all or nothing. Nothing should never be an option, even if the person is a mass murderer or a known traitor.
