To give them a fair trial in the fist place you have to capture them as well, which has a human cost. It's unfortunate, but this is the only real efficient way to do it. No, I'm not. I'm not ok with anyone being executed. The only time I'm ok with a person ending another person's life is when it's a case of kill or be killed in that moment, or euthanasia (not always though, only for the elderly and those in constant pain from a medical condition.)

My solution is to format my old HDD, grab a new PSU since mine can't handle all the [cabbage] I've got plugged in already, and dual-boot for the sole purpose of denying EA my goddamn data. In my opinion, BF fixes all the things CoD just couldn't get right. (Hit detection, avatar movement, spawning, knifing, kill-streaks, pistol usefulness, and levels.) The only thing I preferred in CoD was the loadout system, but BF has something similar. I prefer Battlefield's loadout system. Enemy tank has smokes and so you can't get a good lock? Switch from the RPG-7 to the AT4 when you next die and roll that [bleep]er. Can't snipe the guy on top of the wind turbines because his medic buddy is there too? Put away them C4 charges and let you binoculars rain in hell. Running out of rockets too soon? Switch out your RDS for double the amount of rockets (even though that doesn't logically make sense.)
