Gauss rifles one-hit centurions, just saying, I think you can two-hit NCR heavies (those in salvaged power armour) and BoS knights too. A single hit takes out a cazdore and three hits can take out the deathclaw champion. And the best part is that they have scopes but they're just as good non-scope, they're like a sniper shotgun. And 12mm smgs are worth it, we're talking slug-sized bullets at a high rate of fire.

It is not nearly on that level of power, the Tesla-Beaton prototype has a DAM of only around 150 and a miscalculated DPS of 350 (because it doesn't take acount for reloading after each shot), compared to a standard Gauss Rifle which has a DAM of 250 or the Gauss prototype which has 275. It can one-hit most ghouls and lightly armoured humans and all small animals, but it is impractical against deathclaws, cazdores, supermutants, heavily armoured humans and robots. Besides, the robots guarding it are some of the strongest NPCs in the game.

Fallout: NV isn't competitive, it's single-player only, and telling him the location of a heavily guarded weapon which is powerful but in poor condition is not powergaming. Besides, it's an ammo grinder and in its initial condition it's still no match for a horde of deathclaws or cazdores. And yes, I do mean revolver take forever to reload, they're underpowered, you load all six bullets individually instead of using a speedloader or a moonclip.

Revolvers take forever to reload and only the .357 is common, Nex. I can tell you where to find the Tesla-Beaton gun, it's available pretty early.

Energy weapons are also good, there are few targets that can take more than one hit from the gauss rifle to any part of the body. Also the awesomeness of seeing a corpse fly. Also note that the gauss rifle does splash damage. And it is one of the weapons for which procuring the special version is easy... as long as you don't have the wild wasteland perc. There's also the tesla gun and it's special the tesla-beaton gun, they drain batteries like hell but you can take out a horde of enemies with a single shot. Personally I prefer to just use tgm and tank with the 12mm smg or the weathered 10mm pistol, though when I want to take enemies quickly I always switch to the gauss rifle.

As a member of NATO Norway is not a low level partner, and do not forget that I actually made an order several years ago. Theoretically I can get those jets at any time as long as Rob accepts the purchase.

That's actually full-scale production or something, Israel already owns several models of it adapted for their technology, the F-35I. Canada also owns several C-35 and there are already three different normal versions in production. Who's up for making a joint research station for cooperative research and sharing of technology?

C-35 means the Canadian model, the only difference being how you can refuel and a parachute to stop on icy runways.

It may be OOC, but so can anything that has to do with communication in this game be, even delivery of classified information collected by spies, thus everything whose context is related to this game should be treated as potential evidence.

Res, we use 10% of our GDP as budget, the military was dismantled at the start of the game so of course their payment is not included in the 90% you don't have access to.

Also that's not raw oil, nor is it usual gasoline, that there is something in between gasoline and jet fuel, and probably some NO² as well.

Not really, you just use differently distributed/ground gunpowder instead. Raw oil doesn't even explode, it just burns, the kind of fireworks that comes closest to is the kind where the gunpowder is mixed with the colouring to make it rain sparks.
