The Back Room
This is not about nationalism, I'm happy to admit that Norway is as full of cowards and fools as the rest of the world. But being brave is a rare thing, bravery isn't. Bravery is overcoming your fears, being brave is to never succumb to them, foolishness is to not listen to them or to do so at the wrong times. I'd be happy to admit that I'm not brave, at least I haven't been practicing bravery long enough to consider myself truly brave.

99% of the world is cowards, around 33% are fools and 1% are brave.

99% hated him, the ones in Nasjonal Forsamling (his party) didn't. 99% of them did nothing because they feared the thousands of Nazi troops stationed in the country. The remaining 1% were dealing illegal newspapers or joined the resistance.

Quisling did the coup d'etat with Nazi Germany behind him. He betrayed the people by giving away information on how to get past the forts like Oscarborg which just before had sunk Blücher. By doing so he forced the country's leaders into exile and set himself as leader with his own political party at his side.

The Back Room
His name was used for traitors and Nazi sympathizing organizations in British news during WWII. And not all words are commonly known, so even though you haven't heard of it, it still is a synonym for traitor. http://thesaurus.com/browse/quisling

We didn't side with them, we had one Nazi sympathizer, Vidkun Quisling, who took the title of prime minister by coup d'etat as he invited the Germans in, forcing the royal family to flee. Sufficient to say, he was executed and his name is now internationally synonymous with traitor. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vidkun_Quisling http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quisling

The war wouldn't have ended sooner, we supplied you with guns until Vidkun Quisling gave us over to the Nazis, once they had started their oppression they shut down the production in Kongsberg. And we took care of several of the German ships, such as Blücher (which still lies on the bottom of the Oslofjord right outside Oscarsborg). EDIT: Never put a paperbag lined with aluminum foil in the microwave, it sounds like someone lying on the powerlines and spontaneously catches fire.

Norway contributed with guns made in Kongsberg.

WWII happen that way in Norway, Germany invaded, the King fled to Britain and people like Max Manus got supplies from Britain so they could blow up German ships and such.
-
The Back Room
No, it was the help from the British, delivering supplies by air drops that helped us kick them out.

Retech, with China out of the picture, global economy is dead beyond revival, economically we're back to the iron age.

Grim, why do you think you can buy stuff from China and sell it used for profit? Retech, stealthed=/=invisible, one bullet to the fuel line, the warhead or the cockpit and the plane could be history.

Another thing, one man with an AK-47 could probably never take out a bomber in time, but if you have twenty men firing, you could probably shoot down a bomber before it hit its target.

The Back Room
You seem to forget how much manpower they have, they could practically make a ship for every bomb you could make.

The Back Room
You seem to forget that China is second only to you in GDP, they can afford weapons as well, and they have the manpower to outnumber you quickly when it comes to ships.
