Retech, you couldn't win a war against China because they have the people to use the strategy Vietnam used; zerg rush.

The Back Room
Retech, China could probably take you on full-scale the same way Vietnam did small-scale.

Oh, and Rocco, did you know the US has the world's lowest trade account balance while Norway has the fifth highest?

The Back Room
Fixed. America is usually the winner. America has only been bombed by Japan, and Japan hit a forest. If none of the fighting takes place on your soil, and you make a profit, then I would say that you win the war. It's not a war without losses on both sides. And regardless, a loss of a life is a loss for the world... except when the loss is someone such as Stalin, Hitler or Osama, whose regimes led to further losses. Rocco, were you to take on China then we'd see what happened in Vietnam but at a larger scale. IRL zerg rush.

I can't exactly decide to do that for dinner, my mom takes care of dinner and since she used to be a chef I can't exactly tell her what to make. Also I've had that a few times when we've been over at ESE2's, and I agree, it is good.

I haven't, so I think it may be a fake mail sending it with a list of e-mails it somehow got hold of at some point before I lost my hotmail.

"Pill popper"? 5 nutritional supplements and 10 Omega3 pills a week does not make me a "pill popper". I take them... well the supplements anyways (Omaga3 being for my cholesterol)... because I am mentally incapable of eating greens, be they alone or on a sandwich. I may not be healthy, but I can with certainty say that you know people who eat more pills than me.

I live in the suburbs, where the hell am I to fit a solar panel anywhere near large enough to power this house... well maybe on top of my garage, that's actually tempting but I can't make that choice. If I eat any considerable amount of greens I vomit, thus wasting the entire meal, thus I eat supplements. Also, regardless of how much energy I could produce, I would only fuel Sweden, Norway produces 104% of its energy consumption as renewable energy. Approximately 99.99% of our total energy production is done by renewables, were it my choice the few coal/natural gas/oil plants that we have would be closed down. I am as close to carbon neutral as I will ever get unless I move, I'm saying this because I won't stop driving my bike to school, no matter what anyone says. Go bother your neighbors and leave me alone. Icu, of my nation? You're thinking too small. What field could help the entire world, or at least save its population when it's too late for anything else?

My choice of career, I plan to accomplish something. Screw the recognition, if I get married and change the world for the better, then I've accomplished my goals in this life.

The Back Room
As you just said, neither of us can change the mind of our governments, however unlike you I plan to make a difference, just not by doing their dirty work.
-
The Back Room
Don't try to make me feel guilty, aim it at someone who actually matters on the international scale. Just by counting the plants on my property I would pretty much be carbon neutral. I only do two things that release carbon; breathe and drive, and I intend to continue doing both of them. Actually, if you really want Norway to lose even more of what is considered to be our responsibility, talk to your government, you buy most of our oil.

I'm not saying I'm doing something to reduce emissions, but I am way bellow average cause of it. I may be sitting on my ass the entire day, but unlike the vast majority of people my age, I don't go to the city every week and I don't go to a party at least once a month. I may not be working against it, but at least I'm not a major contributor. Icu, it's stored in the rocks way deep, not just in pockets so if all goes well it stays there.
-
The Back Room
I am likely to vomit if I try eating it so yes, kinda. Archi, ok, so we are covering 1,099,949 tonnes of your asses. Statoil is actually the ones storing the million tonnes previously mentioned.
-
The Back Room
Icu, it is total emission divided by population, so that's including power generation and production. Res, we're major exporters of almost all our resources, so what is produced here is more likely to be bought by someone abroad.
-
The Back Room
No, because we cannot avoid emission, and it also means we're covering your asses by 99949 tonnes.
-
The Back Room
Icu, Britain has more than 100 times as many people as Norway, so per capita is not viable in showing release. Also I found this: [hide][/hide]
-
The Back Room
Archi, 51 tonnes are released in Norway annually, 1 million tonnes are stored anually.
-
The Back Room
Archi, guess what, unlike other nations there's barely any CO2 release from power generation in Norway, which means those machines don't release by far as much as they do most other places. Other than that, what little is released is captured by Norwegian forests, which unlike those in America and Britain still cover most of the landscape.

The Back Room
Mass produced supplements, Archi, the kind you buy in a grocery store. Archi, EEA, European Economic Area, although I see now that EFTA is what only Norway, Iceland and Switzerland is in.
-
The Back Room
Icu, we're EEA, not EU. And I spend around 10 minutes a day cleaning my fingernails, not out of vanity but because I scratch so much that they just keep filling up with dead skin cells.

I know I don't have tapeworm, I haven't eaten self-caught fish in almost a year and thanks to my father's cooking skills it's been more charcoal than fish. I am also aware that my diet isn't exactly healthy, but I get all the nutrients I need due to supplements and the sorts of stewed foods where the vegetables just taste like all the rest of the stuff. One thing you should note is that smoking does kill parasites and that being according to Norwegian health standards, which are considerably stricter than American standards (no idea about British though), it is by far unlikely to contain anything harmful.

Not some rubbish slices of salmon, no. Thick slices of smoked Norwegian salmon. Adding the whole thing up and putting it in order makes around five mouthfuls of dry chocolate cereal (usual snack for me when I just want something sweet), a gingerbread man, a handful of raisins, three slices of white bread, two slices of smoked salmon almost a cm thick, three slices of salami, four slices of toaster bread and around 50 grams of cheese. Also I can't stand fruits, vegetables and potatoes. Also keep in mind that this was after midnight, not exactly the time to cook up a full dinner.
