You Wouldn't do great, but you would live through it 9times out of 10, if you get 70 range you'd do better  If you use swordies you'd get killed easier

Farming Help
Chain Farming, it will require some laws, and if you want to make a bit of cash while farming i recommend you putting ranarr seeds down with super compost at Ardougne and Catherby, nowhere else and just watch one for 5 minn then hop to the other. A good way to keep yourself busy is to alch by your plants, but remember, plant all the other seeds too

Range from 64 to 70
You should get Avas Accumulator or whatever its called, and train in Lathas Camp on the ogres, it is deecnt experience but even with the backpack i doubt you will get 300k experience because that means breaking no arrows

pepole at lv3 fish shark?
If they are just the Basic look of tutorial Island they are very probably an autoer/macroer. But if they are wearing things that are worth quite a bit of money (Elegant, Holiday drops) They are Skillers, which are people who don't train combat. If you are not sure whether there a macroer just say to them something like "Say something or I shall report you for macroing" and if they don't reply they are macroers if they look like the lvl 3s crowded round yews on F2p :wall: Then you should report them \

NEED HELP ON GETTING GOOD:)
1) 60 Mage: Fire Bolt From 35, the catch is, since your non member there are always macroers at the rune shops buying all the chaos, this is a pain since you need to buy them 130 each after that, id say just getting to 50 on Non-Member and carry on to 60 on Members if you are going to become one. The cheaper but very long way is cursing, this WILL require 40 range as you will need to wear dhide chaps and vambs. You will need Bodies, Earths, Waters, and Earth and Water Staff. The armor you will need is Iron plate helm and kite, dhide chaps and vambs. Fancy/warrior boots from Stronghold of Security you will need to have a mage attack of -65 so if you cant get that dont wield a staff and you will need to buy more runes. With -65 mage attack you will ALWAYS miss, thus getting no hp experience but u can carry on casting against the same thing. Very slow experience but extremely cheap. You could also tele train but is very expensive but quick :D 2) 40 Range: Grab your range armor and the best SHORTBOW you can use, never use long, then grab IRON arrows since they are cheap and head down to the stronghold of security, go to the most south-eastern area and range the minotaurs over the fence, they usually drop iron arrows so you may walk away with more iron arrows than you came with. Another alternative is barbarians, since you can range them over tables, but this gets very busy at peak-times. 3) 60 Strength: Just kill whatever you find easy, guards are pretty good experience but if you can i would get 40 fishing and fish and cook lobsters on Karamja, then go down into the volcano and kill lesser demons, you may be able to snag the odd rune med, which u can sell 10-15k or alch for 12k. ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâô*̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ.̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø[`*̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ.̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø;̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø;̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø.̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ*̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâô]̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø.̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ*̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâô ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâë:::̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâð|I Shayneh I|̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâð:::̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâû .̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø.̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ*[̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø.̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ*̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâô;̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø;`*̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ.̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø]`*̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ.

Magic problem
Depends on the spell, damage spells you always receive experience, no matter what damage, and the same with spells like cursing and weaken, the only ones that don't that I'm aware of are Teleport spells and Alchemy, Also Bones to Banana and spells like that  ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâô*̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ.̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø[`*̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ.̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø;̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø;̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø.̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ*̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâô]̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø.̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ*̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâô ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâë:::̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâð|I Shayneh I|̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâð:::̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâû .̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø.̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ*[̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø.̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ*̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâô;̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø;`*̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ.̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâø]`*̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ.
