I was wondering what's the best way to train herblore from levels 40 to 45? and what should I do after I get 45? I've only had membs for about a month now and I'm 91 cb with 40 herby so I kinda want to get it up... Thanks in advance.

Ok, well I feel like a complete noob asking this but I've read a few guides and none of them have an answer so... Here it is: Yesterday I was doing my first ever barrows trip, and while I was in the the crypts my prayer drained by 6 every so often. I'm 54 prayer, and during my time there I had to consume 2 prayer potions. Anyway, the guide said that with 60+ pray you can do a trip without prayer potions, and I didn't see how I was possible if prayer drains that fast. Anyway, I was wondering if there is a way to stop this? I'm sure the answer is really obvious but I just didn't see it. Anyway, thanks a lot in advance.

Hey, I want to do the hand in the sand quest but I need whiteberries. To grow those I need 59 farming, which I don't have. Does anyone know where I can obtain these berries? Thanks
