if you paste it into paint and then save it again as a .PNG the new file will be much less, that is if you saved the first file in photoshop or something like that cus it usually has a higher resolution.

Yeah nice start, maybe you should add the shadows from the vines onto the tree, and maybe make the leaves lighter so they dont stand with the outline.. For the rest of the pic I like your idea, you could rein act the dogs playing poker painting (search on google for pics). My idea would be a pic of the tree gnome village, sort of a looking down from the trees at people below the border of the sig being greenary of leaves and banana's hanging down. You could put a lot of detail into the nature side of runescape with animals and stuff, just an idea :)

nice animated sigs, stick characters are great.. that is when theyre not overused.

I dont see why pixel sigs are so much, if your experienced enough to make em good enough to buy you should be able to sell em for much less than 500k.. i just see em as pictures, if someone wanted a pixel sig from me for example id rather make it for free because then theres no customer/seller relationship. I mean.. I would probably put more effort into a pixel sig for a genuinely friendly person, than a jerk flashin his cash. I dunno thats just how I feel. Id happily make a sig for ya Martori2, that is if u like my previous sigs.. The offers there.

I made this when I was 10, its just a small clip compared to the whole series but this is probably my favourite bit. I dunno if it will be too slow for some people so pls dont just spam complaints sayin 'IT IS TOO SLOW! MAKE IT BETTER'.. get a better pc then.. :D just submitting to entertain you lot. :P

I was (and still sort of am) making a small game with my brother, called Guardian.. its a little single player RPG were your characters is handed down a magical amulet with the power the alter any animal into Guardian monsters, sort of the idea of Pokemon but you have one 'Guardian' and many smaller companions to fight such as other humans, cyborgs and Evalates (a new underground species of humans). At the start of the game there are a number of animals roaming around your home town, you fight them and capture them with ease but you can only keep one as you have the oportunity to change your small animal (like a dog, bear, cat, dog, bird and others including newly made animals) into fierce fighting machines which can evolve as it grows level. The whole idea is suppose to be based around a piece of writing about the future, the earth have developed into different species due to mass global warming and now an army has developed from one of the rival species (the bad guys). Your only chance to save the last of the pure humans is to train up yourself and your chosen monster to become the hero, :D .. The game is to be for Pc and Ive already made the first playable city. With all the buildings to go into, main characters to talk to and a solid storyline. In places im designing short animations to go with the story, in battle, transformations etc. But the problem is I wont be able to work on it again till my GCSE's Exams are over with :cry: in 3 weeks :shock: !!!.. And do any of you have any ideas for the game? Like any monsters or for fights, what should happen in battle? Should you have the option to use a weapon, armour, magic??!? Well tell me what you think.. As you probably know, im into making some pixel sigs here on the forums.. The reason for that is to improve the quality of some of the pictures on my game.. here's a rubbish illustration from when I first started the game about half a year ago, as you see from my latest sigs Ive improved a lot. It's rubish!! Please be as harsh as you like im just tying to make it the quality it really should be.

Hey Myweponsg00d, I can tell you love life ! :D For a first I suppose its ok, but there are better attempts out there.. somewhere.. i think.. :shock: . Well try making smaller pictures at first, its much more easier and im sure youll be more pleased with the final result.. Check out some sprite websites to see how the original professionals did it, maybe itll give you some new hope on making sigs for the future? Hey much better, your improving a lot :D . But theres still a lot for ya to learn, have you ever tried to use any shading techniques on your pictures, if you add more shading like shadows and darker colours in places ( on your characters )? A part from that there isnt anything to drastic to improve on yet, everything else youll find out through experience, like perspevtive, originality and the ability to create certain character's. I dont see pixel sigs as simply 'just sigs'. I see them as mini cartoons with a slight entertainment value, by the way you go about the layout and your ideas is very important in some cases. Keep up the good work make sure you practice, 8)

Hey just some advice with the background.. The castle and little characters are great but just make the horizon line a bit more bumpy, and add layers of small hills behind it to make it look less blocky. Sorry for doin this but I just had to show ya wat I mean.. im not tryin to do it for ya just tryin to help.

If you cant get the anatomy due to no scanner dont worry simply draw it out and keep refering back to the drawing.. Not all cartoons have such good 'anatomy'. Check out some of these... See what I mean, just try make the proportions look right, if your tryin to make it look more human that is.. Try some manga tutorial sites like http://www.polykarbon.com they usually show some good advice to make porportions right.

Hey nice sig, your always making nice sigs.. within a week youll be amazing if you kept it up at this rate, I too love the amount of deatail, but it looks like the butterfly is a flying slug :D, nah but seriously your getting good, its almost like your living proof of practice makes perfect.

Rate out of 10. Please tell me anything wrong with this sig cus im soo eager to get better.. It was made for Lime_mercury in my shop, but to keep customers happy ill have to keep up a higher quality. Please tell me anything I can do to make my sigs better.

I just made this pixel sig of Trunks from DBZ, nout to do with rune but wtever. Well I was wonderin if anyone likes the idea, cus im thinkin of doing a couple of characters, each as sigs to be sold or sumit. Any CC would be nice, btw the shading is like that cus its going to dbz style. Also this is based on an existing picture but wasn't traced or anythin just used it to help me.

Its a good Idea but it looks like you just had a black background and added text then put in a picture of 2 ppl kissin. 3/10 sorry.. try and make more effects intead of a black background, or distort the picture slightly to make it look more mysterious.. i dunno. :roll:

Haha.. its a good little style. what I would say to improve it is to lower the horizon line like in this little really bad quicky :oops: im ashamed. but im late for school an im rushin.

woah looks spooky. Quality sig for if your new to photoshop... Well im not that good at making small photoshop sigs but it looks good neways. Keep at it you've got talant.

Try add some simple shading. as you have a fire in the middle of the screen all the light will come off that. trust me itll look better in the end. To fix the guy just take a look at how people usually sit. This is a pic I made for a media project.

I decided to do this one for DiabloCopy because I got a funny image of a cow stealin the noobs sword and chasin him around. The others were great ideas it seemed like they would take ages to do so I hope you enjoy it.. :D original lighter version If Diablo doesn't want this I'll happily give it to someone else.. Oh and if anyone wants to give me some advice (critisism) be free to cus im only gonna get better..

Oh right and this is stolen too eh?? the first storyboards of the animation, flash screenshots and the original Storyline I wrote for an English essay. :D .. I dont see why you don't believe me cus its not even that good animation, it's all faces at the moment... well I just hope u like it thats all.
