And yet, with all those millions, the company can't provide reasonable service to answer simple questions from paying customers. ~q Exactly. Jagex has more than enough money to spend on staff, it's time they cut the kiddie-crap and actually stepped things up a notch. They need to tone down the censor, so at least words like crap, damn, and sucks are not censored. I can see censoring gay, b****, [bleep], f***, s***, and some security related things like phone.. But it's a 13+ game, so damn should be allowed. They need to buy better servers for the chat; having to say sentences that are more than ten words long in two messages is highly irritating. They need to hire way more staff to do bot/scammer patrols and to work in CS... Because CS is the most lacking part of the game. It's absolutely horrible; 75% of the time, you receive automated messages based off keywords in your original message. I once took the time to go through the high scores and write down the names of about 20 fishers and woodcutters that have those stats at 99 as their only ranked and gibberish names... I sent a message to Jagex asking why, if they have such sophisticated technology, are these players not banned? I received a message that told me about appealing a ban, and what to do if I am wrongly banned. What the [bleep], Jagex? I wish that J mods would go undercover in world 2 on their personal Player Mod accounts in order to trade with and identify the scammers.... And then perm ban them. Just go to the Verac section: there are at least three to four scammers there perpetually. It's pathetic, and nothing ever gets done about it. I dont c y they should bleep gay, whats so wrong with gay? It means "happy" or ... u all know. There should be no reason y its bleeped.

The simplicity, i put a lot of effort into my acc, friends, frequent updates, not long loading times. I have played WoW and I still have membership on it, but its not as fun as I find RS, WoW u do quests over and over until ur high enuff lvl and im horrible at pvp on the game.

I hope the dungeon comes out next week, IDC about character kits or the other updates. Maybe instead of arguing what the monster at the end was, maybe its a totally new monster instead of 1 thats already existing.

mmkay lets take out warhammers so whoever gets the clue where u go to fish guild and do the emote has to drop their clue cuz guess what? U can't do it w/o a rune warhammer! Just because the items r weak doesn't mean they need stat boost and should be taken out. Shadow sword, all the rfd weapons, gadder hammer, the weapons pirates sell, and much much more should be taken out?
