Actually i am planning to collect all of them and avoid maximal dangerous situations: like Zamorak, Saradomin, Bandos soloing. As i want full bag with fire capes. Will be my small goal ;) At the moment i got 2/28 Fire capes

To all those who said i should know what i am doing when writing a guide. Let me share this with you: I never said the prayer switching guide involved melee. As my guide is the first of it's kind. I also practiced with a method i made using information (Thanks to Sxq and some others), and used that. I later went to TzTok-Jad and killed him - 1st attempt at meleeing. and achieved my 6th Fire cape.

I trained with my new method, and i killed Jad (1st Attempt)....but. I FORGOT TO RECORD :? I had chosen where to record, but i forgot to record darn it. Next time i go for another cape i will :wall:

I have not tried it. But i am not interested in using speakers, as if a program can't record sound from headphones, then it's totally stupid. I have used Camtasia and Fraps - none of them has been fixed to work. But i can try to get speakers connected to computer and try and see if it works. But i have heard (Based on searching google for Fraps problems), that headphones and Fraps is known to cause issue. But i have not found a solution.

OK, Fraps has no sound when recording. I am using headphones, and have chosen "Detect best sound input". I have even gone to Controll Panel>Sound and Audio devices, and tried to get around there. But fact is: i am not entirely sure on what i am doing wrong and what i am doing right. So need help with this. It has also occoured when i tried Camtasia Studio 5. But noone has helped me with that problem (I posted it here on forum). Thanks. Ask ahead, and i will answer. Again: i am not sure what i am doing wrong and what i am doing right.

Range - You hear the attack when it hits you, no sound when he launces it. Mage - You hear the attack when it gets fired, no sound when it hits. I guess it's easier to do it by vision. Maybe, maybe not. But i just wanted to know to try it out and see if it was easier to divide the task between my ears and eyes. thanks

The other posters post always on my threads thats why. As for my question, it got answered by Sxq, and then i came up with another one (that has not been answered). Me complaining about other posts? Well look at all my threads where i have done and you will get these names up: Heavendor and Toast, others that i know of have been passive about it. How is saying this, constructive posts?: As for my guide, a guide is not finished in 1 day. It's a thing you work on as you do things. Do i have to repeat myself? I have killed Jad 4 times in row with ranging and using my own guide to practice for Jad fight. 4 times and i have not died to Jad. So what, do i need to kill JAd 100 times before you believe that i know what i am talking about? Also, i have not managed to Mele Jad. But that's what i am trying to do, and i have not posted Melee prayer training in my guide. At first i did not believe i could dream of meleeing jad. But now i have realized that i should go for it. That's why i might have given impression that my guide was finished, but it was finished - for rangers. The only thing your doing is spaming, cause i have not said my Prayer switching guide was for meleeing jad. And as Oliboli said: 90% of players range jad. I myself didn't imagen to melee him (But now i am exicted!), so now i am trying to gather info and melee him and see how that goes. About criticizing me and my guide: why didn't you do it on my guide thread? (This thread were made after the guide, and you have read my guide obviously...) For everyone else: I know that you must change prayer back to melee once his range/magic attack hits. That i know very well. Thanks for help those who did.

You need Black helm, leg and body and black weapon (1 handed weapon, you will need a shield too). But if you use a 2h weapon it works. You should use scimitar with salve amulet and pray melee, they hit 20+ and is strong but you get lots prayer potions from them. ;)

My guide says "SirHemen's Prayer Switching Training for TzTok-Jad". It does not say "SirHemen's Prayer Switching Training for Meleeing TzTok-Jad". So you must have had something in your eyes when you read my guide/guide's title. I know what i am doing. I have used prayer switching training, and thanks to it i have killed TzTok-Jad 4 times in row with no mistakes. But one thing i don't know, and that is why it is not added to my guide: and that is meleeing TzTok-Jad. That is why i made this thread, to learn to do so....

So here's how you guys try to avoid not getting reported for bad posts, you say something negative then you add something relevant to it. It's easy for me to see that, but i hope moderators do too.

I never claimed that i was a EXPERT/PRO at TzTok-Jad. I just made guide about prayer switching that involves using range to kill TzTok-Jad. There is not many players who melee TzTok-Jad for Fire cape, as that is hard. I don't like wasting my time, so i don't wanna go and get killed by TzTok-Jad so i look for relevant information before i do something. That's why i made this thread, to get information about his melee attack. That way i can develop a prayer switching training and then add it to my guide. But i pretty much got it figured out now, and i have trained on a method before i made this thread. I have claimed that my guide works excellent, and i have proved it by doing fight cave 4 times and killing jad 4 times. But i never claimed that i had a prayer switching method for melee, neither did i say it was wise to use melee if your after Fire cape. So the "Lol" does not go for me, but you. : Stop spamming.

You only need as much super restores as brews.

I was thinking to make a Zamorak Solo guide, so wanna see if it's wise to make one (That it won't be for nothing). So please answer questions Do you want me to make a Zamorak Solo Guide (Detailed)? Will you use it? Is it useful or not useful? Any other comments?

I want a video showing TzTok-Jad Melee attack (Not a video that has been speeded up). I hope for sound of his melee attack also if he does make sound. I have tried youtube but not found any videos that has all of this. All info about his melee attack is appreciated. I also hoped anyone could answer a question. I was thinking to melee TzTok-Jad, so i was thinking to switch my prayers to melee protect as soon as TzTok-Jad attacks with a magic or ranged. So my question is: when can i change prayer from let's say range prayer to melee prayer, without being hit by his first attack?
