Old School & "I was here since RSC Classic.."
Old school players, are those who played RSC Classic or Runescape in the beginning of it's start. I am kinda fed up why players who's Old school thinks they are better than those who begined later... No offence: But first Runescape version was the lamest think i have ever seen. I would not play it. Now: those players who played during this time kinda feel like they are "Special", like if they know more... What's up with that. I am sick of that attitude, and A old school is nothing but someone who's experienced beginning. CHANGE Your bloody attitude.....

Improvement to Dropping items: THIS IS SIMPLE YET GREAT!
Making a "Drop all/Drag all" to drop all items is making it to easy. Also this is not stolen from "Wow" there is more than 20 games that uses this way. WoW is the last one to use it...from my view and i haven't played it even. And yes this could be used to drop items from bank too, but with "Bank Screen", it's kinda hard. But it can work. ALSO: I said this will be optionable

Improvement to Dropping items: THIS IS SIMPLE YET GREAT!
Usual way of dropping items:Clicking (Slow) Right Click "Rubber Chicken"> Left click "Drop Rubber chicken" = 2 clicks Improvement of dropping it: Hold, drag and Release (Fast) Hold "Rubber Chicken" >Drag it into Game Screen>Release it> It will fall on floor = 1 fast hold, drag and release NOTE: Both ways of dropping items will be there, the last one is just improvement. It helps specially in situations where you must drop items fast. Example :GWD. Also "Hold, drag and release" can be used with bank too. That's all and thanks.

Room Of Safety - Truly a Good Account Security

Room Of Safety - Truly a Good Account Security
It's common sense that your password must be protected...and as for someone hacking you: It's not a investigation. It's a game... If you make it bigger out of it, then you've lost the grasp in reality. Just like Jagex has a Backup incase someone hacks their database and deletes info, this suggestion is a Backup incase the hacker do get into your account... I don't see the point of your posts: you've just mentioned things thats obvious to most of us... As for security: you can never have to much of it, if it's a matter of your account being ruined.

Real world effects on Runescape economy
When a kid (around 4-10) sees spiderman movie for example: They go bug their parents for a Spiderman action figure... So i would say, kids would get influenced by this mostly...

Do we need more Account Security in Runescape?
On my signature is a way to make it better, but that's just a example. As for how a pass shud be, i agree with you. 20 letters= hard to remember and annoying.

Do we need more Account Security in Runescape?
Yeah, a sort of Pin but not nessecarily. Not touch your account, as in not dropping your items.. Ive gotten 2 threads moved to "Suggestion", which wasn't. Are you trying to be funny? This one has no sign of suggestion... How provocing.

Do we need more Account Security in Runescape?
Now as Jagex has nearly killed RWT, and i am wondering. Do you want Jagex to make a way to make sure hackers can't in no way touch your account even if they knew the details by securing it from inside? Do you like the idea of more security, why and why not? I personally, want or hope Jagex can somehow make sure Accounts will be safe. It is most likely hard to do so, but you can't say it's impossible before you try. Defintly would be great if they managed that, and i am sure alot players will appriate it.

The Friendly Hacker?
I once got tricked by someone who Pretended to fully extend to be my friend, i didn't realize it and i was a noob back then... Though i thought person was a good friend, i let her be on my account: She made member and i noticed she was a loser within 5 min and changed pass. Bling....i got 31 day as member. Better luck next time: loser.

Clue Scrolls, still worthwhile doing?
I don't get why this thread is still up... Players who do clues alot, learns to do them fast and effective. So they don't waste much time, and gets good and bad rewards... YES they are worth it.

Room Of Safety - Truly a Good Account Security
Tell me, please....what wrong is it with securing your account? As for parking, when someone takes a break or quits=their characters are literally "PARKED" but in a unsecure way!

Room Of Safety - Truly a Good Account Security
This is a suggestion that hit me, when i failed to suggest a other suggestion called "Safety Codes" to make account security better so that hackers didn't ruin a players account. Please if you read my suggestion: READ IT WELL BEFORE YOU COMMENT! So i am gonna give it a last try... This suggestion, is option able so you do not need to use it. But it does help very much if you think about it. It is a suggestion involving a room in Runescape to keep your account safe: I call it Room Of Safety. A example of how the room can be is, Falador Party Room. So that players can have big space to "Park" their characters. You will go talk to some tutors that will explain how the room works. They will say: "This is the Room Of Safety" Then the tutors will explain: You must make 3 pin codes before you enter this room. Cause once you enter it, to get out you must enter these pin codes one by one. They will also say "But be careful, so you don't forget the codes, cause they are highly important to get out, or else you must wait a time before you can leave the room". Reason For Creating The Room Of Safety: As players log out, i am sure many fear being hacked, i know i do. So this is a option for securing your account. One of the big reasons is also, to "Park" your account in this room when you take a break/or quit. Then this way your account will be in a room, that must be entered 3 pin codes to go out of: in other words to enter the real world of Runescape. NOTE: If you forget your pin codes, you can cancel it. But it will take 5 days to get it cancelled. Within this time, i hope that this 5 days will get the hacker to "Change his/her mind" and stop being on the account. Remember, this room can be accessed whenever you want, but it's optionable. Please comment, but ive looked through suggestion and i can't find any mistakes.

Close - Suggestion didn't work out.
I know you can die anywhere, but i doubt a Hacker would be happy to wait to get killed... It takes some time, but the "Danger areas", isn't so important. As for Pin, i do have pin, thank you.

Close - Suggestion didn't work out.
Now that hackers can't steal gold that easily their target will be to ruining a account. So here's my suggestion to stop them. Their goal is to drop items: i know alot players who've lost hard work cause of a loser hacking their account and dropping their items. Items can be dropped by death, or by simple dropping. So here's my two suggestions. Safety Code - When dropping a item What is it? It's a Code that appears when you try to drop a item. The code appears and your asked to confirm the action. Example: My code would be 1234, so when i try to drop a Bandos Chest plate i would need to confirm the right code. Must i always type the code when i drop it? No, it is confirmed only once when you log in, and when you log out you must again confirm it. Why should we have this? To prevent hackers from easily dropping items. Safety Code - Throughout Runescape. What is it? It's a code you enter everytime you log in, when you enter certain areas. Read "Safety Code - When dropping a item" on how the code works. Why do we have this? So that hackers don't take your good items out and go to a place and get your character killed, causing loss to your account. This code will be a "LOCK", at areas that you enter that is dangerous. So when you try to enter these areas, you will be stopped with a Confirmation of Safety Code. So you need to confirm the right code! Example of Areas: Wilderness boards Tavalery Dungeon Zanaris Hero Guild These are just examples: and you have to confirm the code only once, and then you can freely go through all "Safety Codes" that locks the areas. FAQ This code is so annoying :x I hate it! I bet you do, but it's better than losing value able items, that i am sure you agree : This is unessecary, it won't stop them being able to drop the items or ruin them... Maybe, but it will make it harder for them. Another reason, why they shouldn't waste their time! I don't wanna type Safety Code everytime i drop a item or go to dangerous area! That stinks! NO, you do not have to do this. You only need to confirm Safety Codes only once for areas and once for dropping items. After that you will not need to do it again, unless you log out.
