I said that Night Mode is not part of my suggestion, and that my suggestion was something i hope that could ALSO be used if and when Night mode comes. Night mode: Night in Runescape, it will be bluish dark and you need a light source. That is level 65 Miners helmet :mrgreen:

Welcome to the Weather Discussion. A game that has alot realistic features is a game that is absolute. Now that's what Jagex wan'ts for the game, that it's enjoyable. That's why they made the HD graphics. Let's get on topic. I really love a game that is realistic and challenging. It might be hard to manage to develope this, but if you have hopes for it you can get a step further to making it a reality. I hope that Runescape weather changes, from Fall to Winter, from Winter to Spring, From Spring to Summer. It will be refreshing and will make us players enjoy the game more :) Most of all, i sure want to see Snow. Snow is essential, it's magical in many ways. It gives the good feeling no matter where your from, you feel it. Now you might think "Aren't you off tracks now?", and no i am not. Snow, will make the game fun. It will make us get that good feeling in the game aswell in real life. It might take quite time to fix a huge update like this, but i can imagen that Jagex could do a 1 day Update every seson and implent the Weather. Then after that 1 day, We had winter before, now after the update we have Spring! Anyhow other things: Rain, is nice to have. Also, do you think we will get to see this? Discuss.

For now i want the suggestion to be just Basic. I mean that it should be used to Light up dark places. How big area will depend on the level needed for the Light Source. Example: Miners helm should light up a very big area. Making it (Be worth?) of it's name. Miners Helmet: Used in mines= Why? So the miners could see clear. In other words: Players would use it when they mine. 8-)

Night/Day is not part of this suggestion, but it can work and it's far from impossible. Anyhow here's what happens when two players with light source meet.... This is a video of a other Online Game where the players are in a cave (They use torches in gear): Also it's a PK Video. I ust found it randomly to demonstrate.

Ring of Charos is used to do some stuff like that. Anyhow you need more info, also from my view a skill that's like this isn't so much use in Runescape #-o

Light Sources Suggestion These pictures/screenshots presented won't be how this suggestion will be if Jagex ever decides it. These are merely illustration pictures/screenshots. This suggestion should and will apply for "Night" in Runescape+ also dark places and caves in Runescape :mrgreen: I like Firemaking so i am gonna try my best to show you that this suggestion is good, and if i have falses in my suggestion i will try to work on it for the better. ;) Before you read on: this is a small Firemaking addition that is very nice :) Also it does not involve lots updates.
