I have also only experienced it this year, the same places as Sonikku mentioned, plus POH tele. Although yesterday, I was totally shocked when I actually managed to take the lodestone to Al Kharid and DIDN'T get the 50% bug as usual. I've even tried running to Al Kharid from Falador, and sure enough, every time I reach the goblins outside Al Kharid I get the 50%.

I had a daily challenge to make praying mantis pouches, and found out that it only accepts red flowers. The database says any flowers would do, but with any other colour it just gives a red text where it says "red flowers". Not sure how to do this, I've never posted here before, but here are screenshots of the summoning interface and red flowers stats.

Thanks Dev for the safe mode tip, I didn't know that! I'm sad that my rune crossbow now is too weak to even use emerald bolts let alone diamond... *sigh*

It actually keeps me from logging back in after I get stuck. Its fixed now as a mod moved me to Lummy =3. Tried to take the lodestone to Falador, got stuck at 50% and now when trying to log in again, I'm still at 50% every time and it's not going anywhere. How did you get a mod to move you? Edit: After several attempts and reloads, I chose another world, and then got in.
