I'm pissed off right now. I bought GTA:SA off the Xbox marketplace, only to find the bike control system is broken, basically making the game unplayable as you can't beat the mission where you have to ride your bike. Hopefully there's a workaround, but it just makes me mad they'd put a game up for sale that's unplayable.
  2. I second using Defraggler, it works far better than the Windows utility.
  3. If you go with the build I posted, modified to your needs, it will come in far under $500 with shipping, tax and Win7. If you need a DVD drive, go with a cheap one like this: LG SuperMultiDrive. You can always get a blu-ray player later on if you want it. I wouldn't go for reusing an old HDD, it will only cause problems, and if it doesn't work you will just end up paying extra shipping to buy one anyways.
  4. Here, putting together a $300 one for you that may be a bit better for video editing. This will be a solid build. You can pick another case, this was just the cheapest one with solid reviews. It comes in to just under $300, but doesn't include Win7. You can either: - Pay $99 for the OEM copy of Windows 7 64bit - Use Linux - If you have the XP cd from your old computer, use it There are other less legal ways of acquiring it, but it requires a lot more work and you may just feel the wrath of Microsoft's B&hammer.
  5. And anally traumatize him. 73HP
  6. Looks like a ripoff of Hearts of Iron III, but I might still check it out.

Get a whole bunch of people together, pair them into same sex couples, and have them walk through their crowd holding hands or something. +1 if you can get a real gay couple to walk in front of them and kiss. Just don't do anything illegal, they sue for the slightest little incident.
  8. I really like the way your drawings are going. The last guy's face is a bit blurry though.
  9. Same thing happens to me in the mining resource dungeons. I'm pretty sure it's an error on Jagex's part.
  10. Completely jacked that for my sig.
  11. I want to play this, but I'm close to failing English and with work and Brink, I doubt I'd be able to make any sessions. *Eagerly anticipates summer*
  12. Suddenly, acid rain. 77HP
  13. If killing Osama bin Ladin is Obama's signature accomplishment, 2012 can't come soon enough. Im libertarian but even I recognize that the free market health care plans create an environment where companies can legally say its cheaper to kill someone then treat them. I dont think we need socialized medicine but I do think we need the absolute stringent limitations on why health care companies can deny people. That alone got my vote. Also what was bushes first term achievements that warranted a second term? The Democrats picked the worst possible candidate the could find.
  14. I'm not looking forward to seeing what Harper will do to the internet regulations.

BUT THERE IS NO SPREAD ON YEWS!!
  16. Good to see that, she ousted a cabinet minister too. That and the BQ getting booted are small victories. Someone please tell me Trudeau didn't lose his seat though.
  17. EDIT: [bleep] even my riding fell the the Conservatives.
  18. We should have a rough estimate of what the government will be like by 8:30 PST, but the final results won't be in for a couple days. I hope that most old Liberals will come to their senses and not vote NDP. If we end up with an NDP run government, I fear for the future of this country. To anyone who hasn't voted yet, and is planning to vote NDP, please reconsider and think about what you will be doing to your country. I despise Harper and his policies, but at least his party has experience and won't trash our economy.

Well, at this rate ill be able to tell you which one I liked better in 35 weeks...
  20. Not really, economically our Cons are like your Dems. We have our redneck Albertans, but otherwise we tend to be more liberal and accepting. There used to be two Conservative parties; the Reform party, which was farther right, and the Progressive Cons, who were more Centre-Right. They merged together in the early 2000s, which is one of the main reasons they won power in 2006, and now enjoy hypocritically accusing the Liberals and NDP of planning to form an 'evil' coalition.

Watch all three, nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow! I'm dl'ing the trilogy now. Are the sequels as bad as some people say they are?
  22. As the majority of you probably don't know, the Canadian General Election is tomorrow, May 2nd. To fill you in, our Government system is largely like the British one, where you have a House of Commons that is elected, an appointed Senate (House of Lords) and a prime minister, who is normally the leader of the party with the most seats. The major political parties are: Conservative Party - A Centre-Right party. They currently form a minority government, meaning they have the most seats but not the majority of seats. Liberal Party - A Centre-Left party. They are the main opposition party, although their number of seats dropped sharply last election, and their poll numbers have been dropping steadily towards the end of the campaign. NDP - A far Left party. They have only about 11% of the seats in the house, but tend to split the left vote and ironically help the conservatives get elected. This election, they have received much higher support, and could possibly even become the opposition party Bloc Québécois - A party who's main issue is the separation of Quebec from Canada. Due to the high concentration of their supporters, they have the third most number of seats. Green Party - A left wing party with a pro-environment platform, They currently have no seats, but their leader will likely win her riding this election, which would be their first seat ever. I am hoping for a Liberal victory, but I think we will likely have another Conservative minority. You can follow the election on any Canadian news website, or on the Wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/41st_Canadian_Parliament

I've never seen back to the future either. Is it worth watching?
  24. That's the exact problem. So if someone was hated by millions, it doesn't necessarily mean they deserved death. You really have to push yourself over a threshold to earn that mark. He ordered an attack that killed thousands, ruined the lives of many more, and is a champion of the anti-west cause. I don't think wanting him dead is wrong.

For one of the ugliest cars ever made? No thanks. Lol, ramp up their quality... My friend's 09 chevy already broke down on the side of the road once and had to have the clutch replaced.. While my 02 Toyota has 300k+ Km, never broke down, and still has the original clutch. Just like your dell computer that failed, making dells terrible? I now believe you are hired by a Japanese company to scare people away from American products :P
