Reveal Confessions, Secrets & Regrets...
This is actually the twelfth set of fish. I've been secretly replacing them when they die so that you'd have to put up with having fish that you hate. [YGUY]While you drive on government funded roads, attend government funded schools, are protected by government funded soldiers, are allowed freedom by government laws, able to buy foreign goods due to government regulations...the list goes on and on.[/YGUY] No, I don't owe them for that. Taxes should be targeted at individuals. Like, whatever money I MYSELF cost the government, I should definitely have to pay for that. I should not have to pay for someone else's kid to go to school. The parents should pay for that, per kid.

Reveal Confessions, Secrets & Regrets...
I'm 15. I think differently every other week. Remember how eager I used to be to put a bullet in the brain of everyone with personality flaws? But this is something I've thought about for a long time. Anyways, I have to pay taxes to know that the income tax is BS? Wouldn't always be easy, of course, but I'd do pretty much anything to avoid decades of STRESS. No way of life is ever easy, but of all the choices, I prefer simplicity. Of course, I am human, and I would like permanent housing. I point once again to the idea of a small house, and pretty much the same entertainment devices I have now. I'm good at living off of a small amount of money, so my biggest expense would be the electric. If I can get a decent, relatively easy going job that can support this, I'd be a happy camper. I'd also like to have a little extra left over from each paycheck, as I'd love to travel. I'd want to visit the capital cities of every major power from WWII. Paying money so that the government can run our country? PREPOSTEROUS! I've already said that I know it's necessary. It's just that it's not fair. So [bleep] it. OT: What kind of fish are these that lived for 7 years?

Because trying to scrap up a few dollars for a place to sleep and eat isn't a bigger headache? Not really. It's a simple goal, and the only goal. And making a few dollars isn't hard, the only thing is holding on to it. Still, I would work for a while after HS until I have a few thousand. I can last a really long time on this, even if it doesn't sound like a lot. Like I said though, I'd prefer the small house scenario, and that's the main thing I'd like to work toward. The reason I'm turned away from it is the fact that there's still that [bleep]ING INCOME TAX. I do not want to give up money I earned so the government can spend it on something stupid that I probably voted against.

You do realize that life sucks either way, and that I'm aware of that, right? I'm just picking the one I'd prefer. I'd rather live simply than deal with headache after headache. And btw, when I talked about my ideal life, I wasn't talking about being homeless.

I have no idea why the video keeps stopping, but if you leave it open in another tab and paused for a while, it should run ok when you come back to it.

On topic of facebook, I hate getting requests from people I don't know, denying them, then getting [cabbage] from people with like 1,200 frieds (1,150 of whom they don't know), telling me "lawz u only has 25 friends u hav no l1fe".

The Movies
Did you have S&E? It adds freecam, which helps quite a bit, and with some good editing you can easily mix it up. Especially with mods. Anyways, of course the process is long, if you're planning on making a decent movie. You'll spend most of your time searching through scenes, in which case the filter helps, or if you know the name of the scene, just type it in. What I always do is have a team of scientists in Sandbox constantly researching, and set it to fastforward. Adds SO MANY COSTUMES SETS AND SCENES. The fact that you have to choose from the scenes is annoying, but there's tons of them, and you learn to work around them.

Reveal Confessions, Secrets & Regrets...
If I spend money, I want it to be for MYSELF. I never wanted a family in the first place, mostly because they absorb not just cash, but TIME. Even if they're great kids, it will all have been for nothing if they have to work. And I sure as hell will not pay for NOTHING, which is what the income tax is. Or at least, it's nothing for me. Some people complain about paying for electric or water, which I disagree with. When you do this, you're buying a resource, and paying for maintenance on the system that delivers it to your house. This is fair. What ISN'T fair is paying for someone else. I prefer to keep it as simple as possible. Why can't I keep what I earn and lose what I spend? It should be all about making more than you spend from paycheck to paycheck. THIS I would have no problem with. Now I understand that this government NEEDS the money badly, and they would be in worse shape without the income tax. Not saying they don't need it, just saying it's not fair. I don't like the system, so I'm dropping out of it. I want to have no more than two objectives in life. -Survive -Enjoy

But is that not what a country is? If you dislike the society and the government, then what do you like about it? The land itself, the people (I know I've already said I hate the people, but my survey sample is an upper-middle class high school. Not the most quality group, you know?), the locations, and although it has been severely limited, the freedom to do this in the first place, much as the gov discourages it. Well you haven't been to every other country in the world right? How do you know you won't like the people in other countries better? And other countries have freedoms as well. I know that other countries have those things. It's just that here we have that, plus it's MY country, which to me counts for a lot.

I don't know what's worse. How unnecessary this thread is, or the fact that I know I got them all right.

The land itself, the people (I know I've already said I hate the people, but my survey sample is an upper-middle class high school. Not the most quality group, you know?), the locations, and although it has been severely limited, the freedom to do this in the first place, much as the gov discourages it. I've even planned a good portion of it. 1. Work for a while until I have a few thousand dollars. Maybe sell some stuff. I would leave specific instructions that my stuff is not to leave my room, but any of my friends or family can use it. (note to self, replace hardrive before leaving, take current one with. ) 2. Buy a shopping cart from a local grocery store. Stock up on supplies, as well as a tarp to put over the cart in rainy weather. I'd buy a small tent too, with room for one or two more people if the party grows over time. Also, something fortified to keep the money in. And besides, how cool would it be to own an armored briefcase? Though I'd prefer something just as fortified but less conspicuous. Sadly, the Research and Development department has not returned any of my calls asking for Predator armor to attach to the case. 3. Buy a handgun, some ammo, and get good at using it. 4. Head west. Once I get to NYC, hang out for a while, enjoy, but don't go too crazy. The place has a way of draining your money quickly. 5. After that point is a general trek west, just doing every fun thing I find along the way. No rush, I have all the time in the world to do whatever the hell I want. If ever I run low on money, I don't ask for handouts, I ask individual people for work. Not part time jobs, just one time jobs. Need your windshield washed? Driveway shoveled? Stuff like that. 6. Forrest Gump time. Once I hit the coast, I turn around and head right the hell back, preferably using a different route. Don't know what I'd do once back in New York. Things I'm still unsure of: What WOULD I do once back in NY? I want to see other countries in my life. How would I go about that with no passport? I'd be terrified doing this on my own.

Yeah, I don't think I'd want to leave the US, at least not permanently. I love this country... I just hate the government and the life it wants you to live.

You'll get wise once you hit 15 or 16. Or when you get into highschool. Not sure if trolling... Anyways, the thought comes up every time I think about what I want to do later in life. People: You have to do well in school. Me: Why? P: So you can go to college. M: Why? P: So you can get a good job. M: Why? P: Either A, to buy the expensive status symbols, or B, to support a family. M: A, I think carefully before I buy something. I'd rather buy a beat up looking $2000 car that runs great than a shiny $200,000 car that runs great. As for B, why in the HELL would I want a family? I don't want to live my life entirely for someone else, especially when those people would ultimately end up doing the same crap I did, or I would make so much that they don't have to work because of inheritance, in which case they become spoiled brats like Paris Hilton. My ideal life would be to live in a small house. Hell, all I would really need is a bedroom with computer area, maybe a game console, a bathroom, and a small kitchen. I'd also like to live in an area with stuff to do around town. I would work a decent job, with decent pay, and not too demanding hours. I don't need to spend a fortune a day to be content. But this life is not possible, mostly due to BS. The main reason I wouldn't want to work for ANY business is because of that [bleep]ing income tax. It's BS. As far as I'm concerned, nobody has the right to take the money that I EARNED, pretty much just as an extra source of income for the government. My dad pays a 30% income tax. Unacceptable.

Secret: I may decide to willingly become homeless after high school. Just seems like the set image of a "successful" life doesn't really appeal to me, and isn't worth the immense amount of effort.

Abortion
Adoption is not some magical solution to this problem. It's a whole other issue on its own, and the mother still has to deal with the full pregnancy.

The fetus is not aware of what's happening. The mother is. It's the mother's decision.

The HIGH Road
I don't care if people smoke weed, that's their choice. I never tried it and never will. Just doesn't seem to be worth the cost. AT ALL.
