Well being muted for 8 days now has given me a lot of time to not pay attention to runescape while I play, but browse both tip.it and runescape forums. I've also been trying to merchant and trying to teach myself the best methods on how to do this. I then remembered that people could be influenced outside the game to buy certain things in the game. To test my hypothesis I remembered that Batman: The Dark Knight had recently come out and was a huge success at the box office. Knowing many people who play runescape would see this I decided to check bat masks (the treasure trail item) in the GE. Here are the results: From about June 26th to July 15th the price was stable. BAM Batman comes out on the 16th of July and price shoots up 20k over night. Coincidence or not? Do you think real world stuff can influence the runescape economy?

At the end of the day when your 99 is matched with a members 99 the only difference is he has a one of a kind cape. No one really cares how you get a 99 as long as you get it. Whether I cook 1 million shrimp instead of 50k lobsters for 99 cooking once I get the cape people will still say "What an easy cape to get".

Schindlers List was pretty dang sad at the end. Almost cried there. Not a movie, but the spongebob episode where Gary runs away. The song is the saddest song in the world. I was bawling after hearing that song. Mine granite in the desert and grab all the 500g ores. Tele back to duel arena and redo. The 500g are 1.5k ea meaning each trip is about 42k. It's pretty good cash imo ;)

Well there really isn't cheap xp. What you can do is farm your own herbs and usually you will get more money from the herbs than you payed for the seed. That's how most ppl do it. Ranarrs are good for this so I'd say pray potions.
