drop the full mith and the d scimm, buy some flax spin into bow strings ( kinda boring but good money making skill ) sell strings and buy full rune....continue onto slayer

hmm it can't be that much of a difference i never really calculated it but in edgville i was alching 900-950/hour

i'm getting 16.1 days , thats pure alching 100% of the time though (roughly 900 and hour)

buying and selling the infinit stock items (bowls, vials, pots etc) will get you the same price no matter what. Player made stock is what changes and varies in price. as to the high alch shops- wearing karma gloves #3 will allow you to sell your items at karma shops only at high alch price but it will slowly decrese as stock increases. the bandit camp store, how ever, in the wilderness, will buy your items at high alch prices, no matter what the stock i believe, but you run the risk of pkers in a multi-combat area. hope this helps and good luck

hmm sounds fishy, the best thing you can do is change your recovery questions asap, along with your password. next i would scan your computer for any known virus', trojans, spyware etc. lastly i would do an account check and see if anything was lost in the process (hopfully you had a bank pin) good luck with your troubles

yea that was my other option I was considering : cannon balls. So do you guys think it would be a smart idea to smelt steel to 80-85ish (my original goal) and then power level some f2p skills, become a member then continue working my smithing from then on, using cannon balls/gold ore?

well mages only cut at about 1 a minute or so ( please correct me if i'm wrong, but its a rough average of what i've heard ) yews are definatly faster than that. i'd go with yews if you looking for the cash....but mages don't really have auto bots...your pick i guess =]

just be wary of sending cash through the mail, not everyone is honest and could just swipe the letter and say it got lost

I'm the exact same bout you are my friend. I just go to the web site, select pay by cash/check/money order (I send in a money order, all it is, is a prepaid check really.) I go to the local store and ask for the amount runescape requested for a money order (works out to about 7-8 dollars per month, for 4 months membership) send it into the address given and wait a week or so and then just like that your a member :

hmm those are some good ideas, unfortunatly the only mining I do is power mining....banking ores really Isn't my thing I guess. so any more ideas on a smither who doesn't want to mine his own ores...just pure smelting/smithing. does any one know if smelting 12k bars then using 2k to make full steel sets and selling other 10k to break even....would that work? or is full steel pretty hard to sell? mabe clan war armour for any of you members? Give me some feed back

ok well i love smithing and i thought it would be really neat to have 99 smithing. Not only is it a respected skill but it will be very usefull all the way up to 99, unlike say mining which is pretty much pointless after 85... But on to my question: I've been smithing for quite some time now, smelting ore into steel bars (currently free player ) What would be the best way, including members, to raise smithing to level 99 avoiding gold ore as much as possible notes: -looking to make a little bit of cash or break even -a couple mil loss is ok, with in reason, not 28 mil as it would roughly be with gold ore -I would be willing to buy gold ore with the profits from another method.... Tell me what you think
