I have a couple of question concerning armor and weapons. 1- Do I need the barrows weapon for the armor to have it's special ability? 2- What weapon do you recommend? I was thinking a whip or dragon scimitar. 3- I figured that I should just buy full Torags, since it's defense bonus is awesome. Is that a good idea?

Right now I have about 2.5mil to spend, but I can easily make more once I become a member again.

After getting 70 attack, strength and defense, I am planning on becoming a member again. I was wondering, with the 70 skills, what would be the best armor to wear everywhere, giving me a decent defense bonus? All help is appreciated.

For the training area, I would say to stay at the flesh crawlers until 65+ defense, or else your food wont last too long. Flesh crawlers are probably the best F2p combat training monster. The guide itself is pretty good but why does it say 200k+/hour in the intro but in the title it only says 150k+/hour?

One last question, what quests/skills are needed to get into the place for the defenders?
