I agree. Even though there are some things I like to think I'd do in certain situations, if it's something that requires instant reaction, chances are I'll freeze and do nothing, or panic and screw up (thinking about the burglar scenario here). As for sacrificing my life for someone else's, I wouldn't. I hold my life in highest value, no matter how much I love others. If it's two people fighting, I'll try to break them apart, but I wouldn't get on anyone's "side" until both of them are no longer fighting and cooled down a bit, just to not make it worse.
