I don't really use tip.it much anymore, I prefer zybez for most things apart from the bestiary and the treasure trail help page, but I can see why you did this, all for good reasons. However, it is slightly hypocritical when Jagex advertises other games on their own websites. I hope you won't bend over in future in return for a continued platinum status though(not that I think you will, as you seem like smart people) Also, how has Sals Realm got Platinum status, that site is very amateurish, looks like it was designed in paint. Their forums are an eyesore too.

Very cute, lot smaller than my one though Well i dont know we adopted her at a shelter and they didnt tell us she was one specific breed they only told us she was some kind of german shepard mix I'm pretty sure that is an American Akita, they do look very like to German Shepards in that colour, think your centre may have gotten confused, do a bit of googling about the breeds, won't be hard to find out.

Ah, guess I'm lucky, got lots of good fresh food shops nearby. Finding ingredients shouldn't be a problem: I only live about 30 mins from a major city, I'm really just more unsure about my cooking skills; although making some of the suggested dishes does seem like something within my ability; I'll compile a list, and grab the ingredients next time I'm out. It is much much easier than it sounds

That's ok, but you don't know what goes into the pre-made curry pastes. What you can do if you don't wanna make the paste every time, is to make a large batch and stick it into containers and chuck it in the freezer. It takes a few minutes if you have all the ingredients ready to make the paste, time well spent in my opinion.

Make a Thai Red or Green curry, I doubt it is that authentic but tastes good. All you need is: 400ml tin of coconut milk ( if you are serving 3-5 people) Meat of your choice sliced into strips So easy to make, what to do first is to: Get a blender or pestle and mortar, blender is easier and better Add: a few spoons of black peppercorns Teaspoon of Cumin and corriander couple of centremeters of ginger Few lime leaves Chilli of your choice Few tablespoons of Soy sauce or thai fish sauce or just oil Teaspoon lime juice Blend it all together Heat a wok up add the paste you now have to the wok Add 3 tablespoons brown sugar mix that together wait til it makes a funky smell add the meat cook til browned add the coconut milk Cook til you want to eat it, the better the longer Can be served with rice or noodles Simples

Try and strengthen your overall body, your abs for example are hugely important to your posture and thus your back. Quads and hamstrings are important to keep strong, particulary if you have a bad back. My message: don't just concentrate on improving your back muscles, improve the whole body. Swimming is great for this, less weights, more fun whilst still improving your cardio as well as "muscle"

Eat what is in season, eat varied, experiment. If you are a novice cook, look for some recipes that sound good to you, get the ingredients and cook, over time you'll learn these recipes and just remember them. Try and not cook with too much fat or sugar. We get too much in every day life, particulary for the average days work.

Got to be careful with citrus fruit, I for example come out in spots when I eat too much. I believe it is the acid in it. Gotta vary the fruit you have.

Right this isn't about professional football but: Say you are playing a football game, you have recieved the ball facing away from goal but on the edge of the area, there is a man touchtight to you behind. The Rb a quarter of the way inside the half is calling for it as is the centre back, again a quarter of the way inside the half, but more central. Would you a.pass it to the cb or rb or b. turn your player and shoot. Had this situation at football, my manager moaned for me turning the player, shooting and scoring, I don't see his logic.

If they were made to be the new mint cake i could see them having a street price of 20mil while ge price of 1.5m (or w/e its at). Still works like a mint cake. Put up a Hook and 19mil worth of junk and get 20mil cash back from it. Hell if people accept this as the new junk currency this would be BETTER then a mint cake. With no forseeable jagex nerfs The thing is, like I said in the post you replied to, is that there just isn't enough hooks to be used widely as a second currency, I still expect them to rise and always be valueable, but I do not think they would be used widely.

What does everyone think about the Rc updates, that is todays and the original one a few months back. I would have expected there to be more discussion about it. Anyhow, for me they strike me as stupid and not needed. Why fix something that isn't broken(well before the 1st update it wasn't) Rune prices are falling(long term), ess is rising (short term) for just the grand idea that Jagex have that you should get the reward for hours of hard working, before you actually do the hard work. 91 RC was always the reward of 100's of hours of hard work, I got 91 rc a week before the first update, after 5 years of hard work in getting there; so perhaps I feel more strongly in the issue. What's more the RC update isn't benefitting anyone and just discourages people more to RC, due to the falling rune prices, nats are now down to 225 gp ea, a 100gp fall in a few months, and dosen't look like stopping for a while yet, meanwhile essence has stayed at the same level, the money made from nats for a rcer below 91 before the update is nearly the same as to what it is now after the double runes update. They can fix this if they revert to before the first update, where rc was functioning normally, well that's my opinion anyway.

Maybe not, but maybe. :D Just interested in the economy really, whatever happens a junk item will fill in the space of mint cakes, else the rs economy won't function unless jagex fixes the economy but looking at the rc update, that isn't a realistic hope. :D
