Runescape was made for people to train every skill available to them. If they choose not to train a skill, Jagex isnt gonna help them. Its their own fault/problem. People are rewarded for training their skills and exploring the game. Hence the reason for quests and achievement diaries.

This is a great idea, but doesnt tip.it already have one of these already? Im probably mistaken but whatever. oh and I probably dont need this seeing as my QP cape just looks too cool.

That is not correct. Skill cpaes dont give str bonuses, fire capes do. Fire cape should be first.

lever is in a house north of the gate to West Ardougne. it tels you to teh deserted keep. The mage arena entrance is directly east and on the north sideof the arena
