    Runescape was made for people to train every skill available to them. If they choose not to train a skill, Jagex isnt gonna help them. Its their own fault/problem. People are rewarded for training their skills and exploring the game. Hence the reason for quests and achievement diaries.

    That is not correct. Skill cpaes dont give str bonuses, fire capes do. Fire cape should be first.
