Well if i do the quiz, i'm going to have to still give out money. If i constantly give out 1k then it seems as if i'm a goldseller. It won't really work out. I'll try though. We are still going to have the drop party. Tet just had one yesterday. Why can't i?

If i am dropping something, it probably won't be like a scam but then maybe we should drop it in a dangerous but uncrowded place. Like the hobgoblin place so that noobs will get attacked? but then i can't drop it. i has to be in the drop party place. Well then we will say we will drop it at the hobgoblin place near the crafting guild but we will actually end up at the falador party room. how do you like my idea? edit: i'll just say "having a great christmas drop party at the hobgoblin place.".

i think that you should make the quests pretty hard along with high skills so that autoers (if they ever find another way to get out of this update) don't have time to raise the skills and finish the quests. If they are, then we report them :twisted: so that before they even start working they will die. that may discourage them but maybe some people just don't care about these random events quests.

is the 50% random? condisder many strength pures. Most of them carry two rune items which is good but what happens if you work so hard to kill a person and he had only one good thing. what if that was part of the 50% that is gone :ohnoes:

Many people find it fun to be successful in the game without having to raise their skills.I know I do. Thanks to the simultaneous existence of the Grand Exchange and Bounty Hunters, my f2p level 3 now has well over 1.5m in cash, as well as a full wizard (g) set and a mage (t) amulet. I think it's pretty fun to beat the system that way without cheating, don't you? Even if RuneScape is "not about" merchanting, the fact still stands that this and many other options that were once open to players were a great part of the game's appeal, certainly much more so than raising one's skills by mindlessly, repeatedly clicking on objects. Note that I have never once autotyped on my 3 pure merchant, though I have been accused of it on more than one occasion. how do you make that much money with the grand exchange. are you a P2P? um Boris... I hate raising skills especially when i get to those higher levels. Its no fun making money this way. The best way is just to merchant. Its this autotype that i hate. The best part about f2p is pking. People make pure files just to pk. They want to get right on with pking instead of wasting their time trying to raise another skill in order to make money. All they do is merchant to get the money. its the way of a f2p pker file.

well than why should he sell it for 100k less. If he sells it for 100k less he can sell it faster with a little loss instead of spending time yelling offers. The merchanters job is to sell it for more money. I think its fair. Its just that the auto typing isn't fair.

Jagex has failed! Runescape has now recieved plenty of updates that have lots of effect on the game. Grand Exchange- This has killed the flexibility of prices. The number of merchanters have gone down a whole lot. Especially in F2P. It has been very convenient for people to buy and sell stuff without wasting time on shouting out stuff, but it killed the merchanters. I am a F2P and there is almost NO way to merchant items. I lost 500k because of this. But I don't think that Jagex will remove this. Party Room Updates- This is pretty much an update that tells noobs to come to the party room, overcrowd it, and perhaps steal some of the stuff if lucky. They want this to happen. Drop party holders and attenders don't want this to happen. Not Good! Runescape Gravestone- Good for the pked. Bad for the pker. bad for the gold sellers. This gravestone just killed all the strength pures. All of them. In just one update no one ever dreams about even logging on to that file. But then this can stop these goldsellers. The update stops cheaters but makes the game much less fun. Pking is probably voted the best part of f2p (before the duel arena came out). Bounty Hunter- Seems a little too risky. Many people wouldn't want to wear their best armour unless they are rich, have faith in winning, or is just plain dumb. You get skulled once you enter. Good for pker, bad for pked. It also tells you your wealth. :roll: Well once again, good for pker, bad for pked. Well i really have nothing against this but you shouldn't take the classic pking and replace it with the modern bounty hunter. You should make like both seperately. Duel Arena- This shouldn't take the place of pking. My word is done here Finally the big one, the drop and trade changes- As you can tell from my signature, i am holding a drop party. I am dropping more than 500k of items. This update doesn't allow gifts or pking. Sure you blocked all the gold sellers jagex, BUT... no one wants to play your game anymore. I see plenty of people already saying that runescape sucks. Now i see more people who quits runescape because of these few updates. Post your opinion about how to solve this or simply post your opinion toward these updates. Thank you. =D>

first thing is that i have a question for you all, should this be a only tip.it event or should i go roaming around runescape trying to get some more people to attend. (i don't think we having many people attending, you might get more items but it gets a little boring) um holding this party in a middle of the forest sounds like i'm trying to hide something from jagex. that would probably insinuate something. i have to act as if i am not breaking the rules at all. even though it keeps the noobs away i don't think we should do this. I'm dropping items that is worth more than 3k. that way no one can see it. so i have to drop it at the falador party room. but then i will drop no more than 50k at a time so i will not arouse the noobs to come. hehe. please post if you have comments.

ok. yah. this is probably what i'm going to do. after deep consideration. i have officially decided that i will not hold the lottery or the quiz thing. instead, i will convert most of the things into items and drop them at the falador party room. My items will be dropped at intervals less than 50k. so that no noobs will come rushing in hoping to get some stuff.

yeah you got a point there. maybe i shouldn't have put the event on christmas day. well. i can't change it now. it's a little too late. maybe next time.

nice guide. you really made me want to make a f2p pure. i would rate it 9/10. i didn't give you the extra one because you had little pictures. if you included pictures instead of listing what you would wear, it would be better. you know, for the visually oriented people. remember, a picture = 1000 words. 8-)
