I just ran a 4:54 1600M@@@@@@ :twss: I won that, and our 4x800 team made an amazing comeback with our anchor literally making up 45M in the last 100 (we won by less than a second). The guy he passed dived for the finish line but still lost. The funny thing was, our anchor ran a 2:00.8 when his PR is around 1:54. I guess today he just had a slow race until the end.

Big meet tomorrow, last time I run the mile this year, so going to try and break 5:00 (I only need to shave a second off each lap). Last time, my 400 splits were 72, 75, 80, and 78, so I really need to work on keeping it up my third lap. My coach lent me some sweet [bleep]es today :P

I can't answer much, but: Prayer: 1. Dragon bones are by far the most efficient 2. I really think that the Slayer Ring would be better, but I'm not sure how far away the tele spot is from the house. Construction: 1. Oak Dungeon Doors are the best. In addition, use an SC hammer; it does double your xp. Smithing: 1. Yes.

Monopoly in RL = better.

Just did the hardest track practice of the year today. 4 x 500, with 3 minute rests. 63 seconds at the quarter, then pick up the last 100. 4 x 150, 28 seconds each with a slow 150 jog in between. I totally hit a wall. :wall:

Thanks :twss: Starting DT today hopefully, and will be able to finish up RFD once that's done. I also did some calculations, and with the DT xp lamp and penguin points, it'll take me 3 weeks for 57 summon, when I'll start crafting my first pouches.

Still working away; just found out I had to do DT to finish up the RFD boss fight :wall: Btw, finished Legends and Sir Amik Varze.

I believe the vanilla is in an established spot, especially because the clump of vanilla bushes is on the world map. The guide merely says "Somewhere along the coastline of the jungle you should find some vanilla plants."
