I say its hawt. Whip and either defender/zammy/guthix book/or whatever you think looks nice, like harpie lantern. For clothes, you could try the matching god cape of your book. with zammy/red canifis robes. If you're going with guthix book, you could wear green canifis robes. well, the 2nd decorative armour, chest and legs, it requires 140 tickets. You could get one defense level, then go get around 25 tickets, then get another level, and get 25 more tickets, repeat till you're at 99 defense and have 140 tickets. Yeah, the blues aren't matching, but i think it looks better than most other things.

Well, if it's only 1 gp, use rune c'bow, it has a better range attack bonus. And, i did read your posts, you said pvp, nothing about cws till the one before.

You should have said cws, rune c'bow+bronze bolts, or whichever is cheaper. If you meant actual pvp, like pking, you'd get owned, but since it's cws, just sue whichever botls are cheaper. You should have said cws, and not pvp.

Rune c'bow+bronze bolts=death in pvp. You have to use enchanted bolts, other wise you don't stand a chance.

I believe The damage comes from the bolts/arrows and c'bow/bow used. And range bonus affect accuracy.
