Bump, I train range and defence for my tanker correct? anything else I need/should train?

I Really do not know, I think it's like a slug llamaa (sp?) thing.

I mean what skills do I train? since att + str are worth more to your cb lvl than mage and range, try and keep range and mage at the same lvl, and as high as possible w/o gaining a cb lvl. prayer's up to you... 1 pray if f2p, 44 pray if p2p. 52 if you're feeling liberal. defence... keep it at 1 for as long as possible. keep att at 40 if f2p, 60 if p2p. train str as high as you want. don't worry about hp either... the higher the better. really, though, pures are becoming more and more obsolete. I've always enjoyed being a tank/survivor rather than a pure/killer :P If that's more effective, then how would I go about that?

Attack is unimportant for training, since anyone with half a brain will train on something with low defence. SS boasts an enourmous +11 strength over scimmy+defender. SS is great for what it does, it kills any other weapon for strength training. I still stand by what I said before though. To clarify (sp?), lets not make this an argument, but a debate. I super attack potted with the SS and still hardly hit, I hit more often with the Dragon scimmy, maybe not as high, sticking around the low 20's, but im still hitting. When I hit with the SS, It'll hit like a 25, 2 hits higher than my max with a drag scimmy. Really, its just an overpriced weapon with not really a huge difference. What were you attacking though? At armoured zombies/zombie monkies it should hardly be any difference at all in terms of accuracy... It's really not all that overpriced considering you can sell it right back, but I 'spose that varies from player to player. I was killing Dags and Yaks, and it would be overpriced for someone who spends how ever amount of time making the money.

I really find the SS useless. Even my friend who has maxed melee skills doesn't know what people see in it. Stick with a Drag Scimmy+ Rune defender, that's my wep for 99 Str. Anyways, I checked the Slash for Drag Scimmy+ Rune Defender agianst the SS, Drag scimmy has the higher slash stat.

Haven't had these kind of questions in a while. Melzar is extremely weak, no problem. Use a strength pot just incase, you'll have no problem with the demon.
