Read this for an eye-opener. right so people without computers in the first place are going to somehow effect jagexs profits? Once you bought qa computer you don't need to resell it. Its like a car. It is very unlikey you will sell a car for good without replacement as you will not get massives more it and the job it allows you to get allow you to get more income to cover the running cost of the car. Don't confus this with selling a luxary car for a cheap version as you still have a car. I have no idea what ISP is but off hand, i see no reason why they would just swap to another suppiler like with energy suppilers. I pretty sure Jagex owns its own servers or agian would swap to another server prodicer. Health care for workiers? well seeing as the NHS is owned by the goverment this is ludicrus. The biggest cost of a budget in software which is what i would put Jagex under is staffing. And seeing as the company is expanding i asume, Jagex would cut jobs if cost raised.

and here was me thinking this would be a thread about if a similar crash happened in rs. Jagex being in the UK is relevent as this is a globel issue. However i can't seriously take this as a large suffer. To be honest i could see this benifiting Jagex more. If people have less money the few pound a month for alot of your enterainment on a MMORPG look attactive. Also whoever it was who talked about prices of computers shame on you! Once a computer is bought and you almost never sell it unless to get a better one. Runescape has never needed next gen graphics or this is barely a issue. Everybody has and uses a computer and internet in todays world and nobody is going sell it as the pros easily outweight the cons. Finally with a internet business like jagex they are not depended on almost anybodies sucess. They don't need anything manufactered, they don't need godswords manufactered for cheap labour in china for christmas. They don't need to expand and take out massive loans such as to buy new land or masses of contruction teams. This would suggest at worset a lack of monthly updates which seems unlikely due to Jagex new plan to have a big update once a month. in short : the price of runescape is tiny when compared to everything else and everybody could cut down on alot of other areas. Parents will find is easy to buy runescape subscription for a year than to buy the lastest playstation game or even a few months of WOW.

friends make rs basically. the same can be said about most things however. Stivking to rs you make money so you aren't trailing behind everybody and your mates are doing all things you would like to do. If they get highier cb than you they run off killing kbd/KQ/GWD and you feel left out (i'm 115 and hate it when mates go to bandos without me lol). A mate has a 99 cape and you don't etc etc. Without this things become stall, your in a lonely world with no1 to share achievements with. I can be done alone but say maxed cb stats with 1 person on your friends list is a slow journey. (then agian you never have to go bail out your mates, help a new mate do cooks assistant or be bagdered to lend them your stuff : )

rs is jusy keeping up with mmo's rs's graphics has always stopped people from playing the game the said in development that the new look gives more options for other part like quests. the revisting however is true, you just have to look at skill training, it almost always uses new content with oldiers stuff being stale.

when i first read this i was thinking "yes go england! :thumbsup: " but then i rembered how some people take it so seriously. For example not international but support teams that are local or in some geographic contract to you as if it make you a better person. While support clubs/nations is pointless in the grand scheme much like internet gaming (predictible joke) it fun and a great old laugh erm unless you count french players playing for english clubs you going to be hard put. Are you also awere of people you player for their great uncles teams so couldn't by some definitions are not playing for their national team?

smoking kills is just a play on words. if you look on the jagex website it says they are carbon neutral so they not hidding anything and its nothing new. Their is another quest i would like to mention and it would be the last goblin arc were it looked at bandos. To me it seemed to be discrediting religion as a group of mindless thugs (goblins) who believe in war as the best way to solve problems and generally shown as being thick. While you have the undeground goblins who are depicted as wise and peacful because they don't look to a god.
