@ th3 I learned that hairspray, hair dryer, and gravity are the best tools for a Mohawk of sizable length. No idea how much hairspray I used, but enough to have it stiff but not to where it falls over from weight @ digi So he IS a dog. Nice human you got there

mohawks are cool when it's not a terribly windy/hot place. In wyoming it was nice. Ohio, not so much. Also takes a lot of work but people WILL notice you lol

Archive dis stuff, yo I used to have misunderstood hair This is the most recent (from today). Bandana looks better with my hair grown in (all wavy-like) No need to archive, just showing off the mohawk from 08. And they're blurry cause of phone camera and I can't keep my hand steady and fully outstreched whilst pressing the button and MAH BOI. (edit: wow, I've always found it interesting how different I look with dilated and constricted pupils. Blue eyes do that I guess)

You wanna know how long 60-70 prayer takes... on the ectofuntus?? Well, it seemed like days. Probably total was around 9 hours. The best part was gaining 450k experience in like, an hour and a half. [hide=70 Prayer][/hide] Then I alched a little, had some pouches I disliked looking at (namely bull ants, each costing like 4k, making summoning expensive as hell) [hide=68 Magic][/hide] Then, I finally enjoyed a minigame I hadn't played since summer 07 - barrows. Guess what I got on my second run? [hide=Not the Flail][/hide] So now I'm content making peanuts (and the occasional barrows drop) killing pink ghosts until I get money for whatever interests me. Might do slayer again. Probably not gonna mine. Definitely going to enjoy my phat prayer level though.

Okay, so I've been doing a lot of IRL stuff recently, and have neglected my poor blog (well, RS in general.) Pretty much all I've done is get QP to finally complete RFD, which I did. Now I'm getting 58 agility for the ecto shortcut, and then its prayer training time (I have 70 banked, 4mil gf =/) [hide=RFD complete][/hide]

What defines you as a runescaper
I want to contribute to my own topic, so I'll give it a go... at least what defines runescape for me right now Slayer, first off. Killing hundreds of turoth, specter, fire giant, dagannoth, and whatnot, with my 'prized' guthans that for so many years eluded me and my lacking funds. I think of mixing potions and watching that favorite passive skill of mine get higher and higher (herblore yo!). I think of barrows gloves, which I still have to get from LAST summer (when I was shooting for them before combat 70; I was close.) I think of Torag, Verac, and Gilded armors; the latter being rather cute I must say. I see gray lines amongst green, the blur of roads throughout Runescape that for years I've walked ingame, with the occasional skill wizard running around in their bandos with their godswords (that one day maybe I'll have...), or the occasional noob with granite pl8 and other telltale signs. But most of all I think of staying up until way past the sun coming up, when its morning and I've been doing quests ALL night, and the joyous feeling of a night totally devoid of sleep, but full of so much Internet-based adventure. I lurve me some r00nscape

Obscene, just obscene if I'm brutally honest. care to elaborate?

What defines you as a runescaper
To answer in such simplistic terms, to a question requiring a great deal of insight, is to do your experience no justice. I'm sure you do more in your runescape playing then just having an account. This is some insight I find interesting; the perspective of a f2p player. This isn't something I'm at all used to, and shows an accurate picture of one particular Runescape experience, in short.

What defines you as a runescaper
I'd like to know what defines you as a Runescape player. What I mean is what images come to mind when you think about Runescape; is it task after task of slayer monsters and the drops they relinquish? Is it the thrill of a PK or boss kill? Or is it a bank fat with raw materials for skilling? Among those images, what words pop into your mind as you think about your defining Runescape characteristics. Xp and Gp probably (if those be words at all) but anything in particular? Among the mere sensory descriptions, what ideological descriptions best, er, describe your own personal Runescape experience? Is it combat, fletching, runecraft, Stealing Creation, or maybe just Penguin hunting? Keep in mind that there is a lot of action within even just one Runescape character, so I'm sure everyone's definition of their experience is grand in scope, but I'd bet 2.1bil that nobody could honestly say "Oh it's everything". I'm just interested in the perspective of my fellow scapers, to see how different this game is played.

27th May - Dungeon maps and spam filter
its... a Hitpoints bar. come on, enough with the drama queen as for the updates, I like 'em! The look goes better with R00nscape in hi-def, and I've been waiting for dungeon maps anyway. spam filter cool, and uh, dont give too much a care about leprechauns, but from what I've heard its good

The "feel" of armor these days...
Don't you have some place else to go and cry? This thread involves both rsc and rs2. There is a clear bias toward RSC here, so such a thread weighted in that direction would belong in that forum. but I digress, I think the amour looks in HD arent terribly bad, just that the characters have assumed more of a cartoony feel as far as body design and character shading. this, however, is a bit unfitting with the landscape (with all its layers and shading) and I think that might be something for the graphics team to adress. I'd be willing to suggest maybe scaling the thickness of characters to the level of their strength/defense/whatever, or at least have it customizable as opposed to everyone having a gumby-esqe apearence. Tight is in, man! I personally want to see more tight clothing.

175 days - The Leet Man's Quest
I've finally obtained 60 crafting, and now I move onto other endeavors. I attempted barrows with Guthan today, but that was cut short when I died on Karil (I'd need to get back into the hang of barrows before I'd be any good, it's been over a year.) Now, onto my first proper long-term goal... ...So ever since I started playing Runescape I've had a draw to the boring, monotonous skill of mining. I have never been able to mine rune in my nearly four year tenure, and so, for my first long-term goal, I wish to finally be able to mine said ore. I plan to do so in a way that would complement the original sister skill to mining, smithing, and so I've chosen iron ore, which I will smelt into bars and sell for a decent, albeit taxing, profit. I'll keep a log on this thread, taking data I've recorded elsewhere just to demonstrate my progress. Wish me luck!

175 days - The Leet Man's Quest
Well, over the course of yesterday all I did was string bowstrings. Boring, but as with all Runescape activities, strangely addictive! I made around 6k of the 8.7k flax I have, and am planning to oldschool yew-longbow alch with them, to raise my runecraft, fletching, woodcutting, and magic as well. Also, I should get around 60 crafting at the end of this spinning endeavor.

175 days - The Leet Man's Quest
FINALLY Well, now I have reached my combat-oriented goal for the time being. For now I'm going to work on non-combat skills (crafting first, got multiple thousands of flax to spin from MTK) to bulk up my total level (and wallet) before I tackle some more quests, and eventually I'll get a Saradomin Sword with which I will train strength. I'm relieved.

Account progress in 7 days
Rate? I don't rate. I figure that'd objectify someone's work, which in my honest opinion, is no good. As for the multitude of 'you fail lol' posts, i feel its to blame for perpetuating the stench of elitism that this forums seems to exhibit more and more every day this post kind of exemplifies what I'm getting at. It's not very friendly and it gives me the idea that people who post this kind of thing think they're better than those whose greatest achievement in R00nscape is, say 60 runecrafting.

Achieving level 99, naturally.
I think "Achieving a level 99, INADVERTENTLY" would be more fitting. 'Naturally' is kind of vague

175 days - The Leet Man's Quest
Let me start by saying Ohio Traffic laws are ridiculous. If you get one citation before you hold your license for 6 months, you get legally pwned and lose your license for 180 days. I decided that since I cant be on a constant adventure in that interesting game called REAL LIFE, I might as well have an adventure in my old favorite game, Runescape! So for 175 days (the first five of the 180 I didn't really do anything) I planned on playing a lot and recording the progress like I did a year ago - every level and a day-by-day picture! As for goals... A. Get 70 attack by way of slayer and obtain a rune defender B. Finish up some quests like RFD C. Level up as I see fit D. Eventually attempt a 99 in a gathering skill (for some good moneys) Beginning Stats Beginning Bank
