you know by the time you reached 85/83 slayer you would already have maxed out melee stats at armoured zombies? Abyssal demons(and spirit mages) are a nice task but not that good for money...

Bandos is a waste of money. Use Barrows; better stats and cheaper. Tassets are junk compared to Verac's but I'd consider the chestplate to be superior to Torag/Guthan/Dharok plate. Armoured zombies barely hit anything so you really don't need the defence bonus. Besides, repair costs for plate alone eats 3k off your profit/hour. And bunyip doesn't make that much of a difference since, as I said, they are very weak. Bunyip DOES make a difference, a BIG difference. It makes it afkable, if you really want to pick up bones all day and cast bones to peaches, it's up to you, but I'd rather bring more pots with bunyips. Say, (I'm not sure, I used bunyips and didn't measure damage) they hit a average of 5 damage per minute, those 5 damage may look small but it piles up, fast. I have tried no bunyip pouches to armoured zombies before, even though enhanced excalibur healed me, there have been times when I nearly rol'd when there were chains of hits. And I have 80 defence in torags + other barrow armour with similar stats. 5 damage per minute means you can camp for an hour on just 14 pineapple pizzas, without excalibur or regen or anything (with either one of those you only need a couple pieces of food to last for several hours) B2P is absolutely not worth it here; it'd be more efficient to just pray melee. Bunyips heal 352 damage once they run out and they're cheaper than pizzas. Plus it only takes up one space and heals for you so you don't have to even pay much attention. Why are you trying to argue that something that costs more, requires more attention, and more inventory space is better? I didn't say food was better than bunyips. I said that bunyips don't make much of a difference. and your the one who would know it....

Sorry, I guess I worded that wrong, I'm not necessarily looking to go to pvp worlds, just generally pvp. Duel arena, clan wars, fight pits, etc. broad bolts are cheap and hit pretty well, imo the best choice for soul wars/castle wars and stuff. Diamond (e) 's armour piercing special is really nice, if you got enough money these would be my choice... you only fought the darkbow/void pjers? Most rangers use bolts in pvp...

dragonstone bolts are the best for pvp, hits up to 70 but are quite expensive....(4k+)

Is it possible to use void at fight caves? Or would the lvl 90's hit to much with such a low def? stats: 93 range, 81 def...

droprate of bars is a bit higher, more like 36 bars/40 kills. Aviansies suck for exp, at 93 range 40k exp (using void...). Best way to 99 would be to go to yaks till 70 range. Switch to aviansies for money and a bit exp and start chinning when you can afford enough chins for 99.

Its not about how many kree's I would be able to kill, I doubt if I would be able to kill 1 with my current stats:p (92 range/81def/80magic/60sum).

his stats are pretty low for barrows, I didn't say he couldn't do it but he will make more cash doing green drags...

your stats are a bit low for barrows, green dragons in chaos tunnels would be a better idea :thumbsup:

I'm going for quest cape atm and I need to level some skills. What's the best wat to level: crafting 61-66. (ruby bracelets?) herblore 39-65. hunting 44-55. thieving 57- 63 (sorceress garden or pyramid plunder?) smithing 53-69 (mith bolts are a good choice?) How much would it cost to do this? I have about 6m to spend atm, how much more would I need? thnx, dhunter

I meant you messed up in your calculations, you basically confused yourself and got lost. The bottom line is that with a HIGHER attack and a HIGHER strength, whip mathematically beats godsword in every way. Why don't you tell me where I messed up? Ive used the LOWER bonuses from the whip to show why the higher accuracy sometimes is better then the higher speed from the whip.

But you messed up your numbers. The fact is, whip has HIGHER accuracy and HIGHER strength. Any way you look at it mathematically shows the whip to be significantly better. the numbers i used are the numbers you posted.. Just the equipment bonuses. (ill reply tomorrow, need some sleep now:p)

As I said, at higher attack levels whip could be a good choice (Can't test it yet). max hit with a whip (99 str, super str and piety. no slay assignment and no specials) is 45. max hit with a gs (also, 99 str, super str and piety. no slay or specials) is 57. Whit whip your average hit will be 22/23 if accuracy doesnt matter. with gs your average hit will be around 28/29. If accuracy matters (at high defence it surely does^^). whip has 105 attack gs has 155 attack. your attack bonus is about 47,6% higher. That means that your having a 47,6% chance MORE then with the whip to actually hit the 22/23 or 28/29 on average. So with the godsword you have(roughly) 50% chance MORE to hit your average hit and with the whip your having 50% more CHANCES to hit your average hit. If you'll deal damage in only 1 of 15(pretty low:S) attacks with the whip, you'll pretty much hit 1 time in 10 attacks with the godsword. If you hit say 100 times (that means 1500 attacks with the whip, 1000with gs which is 50% slower) that adds up to about 100*28,5 with the gs and 100*22,5 assuming your not very (un)lucky. If your able of hitting almost everytime the advantage of the higher accuracy disappears and the speed will be a lot better. What i'm trying to say is that there's a certain point (depending on your attack and the opponents defence) where the accuracy outdoes speed...

you don't need to worry about viruses as long as your using an anti-virus tool which is up to date and your not downloading pornmovies ^_^
