just rember important to you may be diffrent than important itmes for most f2pers. also during this time i was in a warring clan and needed to be ready for wars at a moments notice so i had to keep all that gear in my bank at all times and i still do even though im a mem just out of habit.

LIke greene said, f2p is more of a trail version than the full, membershipped game. F2p is being kept alive! Hello, look at DUEL ARENA after Pking was taken out, look at FIST OF GUTHIX, look at GREAT ORB PROJECT, PLAYER STRONGHOLD OF SECURITY for the new monsters, BOUNTY HUNTER.. I'm f2p atm and I don't see anything wrong. well then thats supprizing unless u set up ur bank so that u have every f2p item u need but i digress... duel arena doent realy do much any more and it was given to f2p, much like fog and bh were, to replace pking when the wild was removed because thats realy what many f2pers did for fun was pk. also, at the risk of sounding like a consperity theiorist, i belive that fog and the great orb project were added for another reaoson and that was to influence people to become members. for those of you confused let me explain. with the new fog items taking up space in f2pers' banks, they quickly ran out of room. this reason as i stated earlyer is why i became a member i just chould not function with the f2p bank and that was befor the great orb project. Also i suspect that the security center was added as a buffer because they noticed a drop in f2p activity after the lose of the wild, even with bh and duel arena so jagex gave players something new to distract them while they fixed the issues. truely im supprised that f2pers even have the new banking options other than it was probably easyer for jagex to write the coding that way because they have no need for it. also it seems we are going way off topic here and im mostly to blame but if anyone wants my oppinion on wether or not f2p deserves dragon weapons or not i say no but they do deserve something and again something that isnt loaded with membership hooks. i know any update will influence membership but i dont belive it should do it as much as i see in these other updates.

you realy think that all of the money from adds is needed just to keep f2p alive... o pleaze thats a load of crap and i dont care if u heard it from jagex themselves there are plenty of games/sites out there that are alive strictly because of adds. look at google, yahoo, ect. the reason that jagex has adds is because there are lots of f2pers and because of this other organizations will pay them to hold their adds on their site. also for those of you saying that it will ruin the combat triangle i whould have to say that thats done and over especialy in the case of mages. finaly i whould like to say that personaly i dont care what jagex does to f2p as long as it does something for them everyonce in a while and i dont mean give them something to try and put them in a perdicament where they feel pressured to become a mem but something that will help survive i mean shure there are new players everyday who cares if we louse a few here and there but those players are inexperienced and dont help stimulate game play initaly but if we keep f2pers attracted then they will help stimulate gameplay for members as well as reap their own rewards. didnt any of you read this site's artical on how f2p stimulates p2p by supplying raw materials and buying finshed materials? the main point im trying to get across here is that f2p is taken for granit by members and unless u like spending money on games u dont know about u were in their shoes once too.

true but we arnt necisarly saying dragon wepons but maybe something a little better than rune. as well im not saying that the change must happen even if it will rune the game, no pun intended. im saying that jagex should look into it and that p2pers should stop complaining everytime f2pers get a new toy.

F2P isn't getting permanent dragon weapons/armor, it will not happen. i never said that they whould that is left up to jagex i said they should. also if they made the wepons availiable to buy in f2p but only drops in p2p prices whould go up for those itmes stimulating the economy while giving f2p something new. ps. if anyone feels the need to debate me on this in real time im extending the offer just pm me here and ill add u.

well this is ironic for me for reasons im not going to adress now but im about to be involve in some serious alching so im in if ppl are there.

my side NO but not because its p2p stuff. The reason is because rangers, in general but mostly pures, in f2p are balanced by the fact that they can be lvl 99 range and be under lvl 80 now lets compare that to a meleer at lvl 80 who will hit about the same with a rune scimmy as the ranger only if he is set up with a high str for pking, but the ranger with a short bow shoots 2x as fast as the melee and can cover some distance with their attacks. and dont even try to comepare them to mages saying they can use spells that can go up to 59. with the cost of the runes for that spell being 3x that of those of an addy arrow i think it is justified. also mages get run over by rangers because they have high magic defence armors that help them while mages have nothing to protect them from meleers or rangers when it comes to f2p mage armor. now i know im bias because im a mage myself, but i belive f2p mages need a little bit better armor and most defently need it if rangers get a bonus.

i see where most members come from but for the love of god calm down this looks just like another f2p bank expansion debate. for all of you members out there who dont belive that f2p makes jagex any money other than to lure them to members ur so stupid u should have ur brain removed. have u not seen the little lag machins called adds at the top of f2per's screens? and now with members not even seeing adds when they play in f2p worlds f2per's are even more needed by jagex if just to substain adds. Also many members use f2p for clan wars because it minimizes losses but makes shure the oppositon doenst get an upperhand just because jonny2999 cant buy a whip or axe745 cant pay for ancients that week. so should f2p be updated everyonce in a while? i say shure go for it jagex and from what ive seen on the offical jagex forms they whould if p2p members whould stop complaining about them getting stuff for free but from what i have seen everytime there is a f2p update there is a bigger and better p2p update that comes with it. Look at rev drops and pvp rewards do u not see the triend here ppl? If f2p were to become non existant then the game we all love whould fall appart. Also for anyone wondering about my history in rs. this is only my second year of rs. my first year was spent entiarly in f2p and as a f2p i was able to make due with the bank size fairly easily... that was untill all the new updates. Roaches and fog were the big 2 things that caused trouble in my bank and that was the main reason for me becoming a member. i wasnt drawn by the wepons or anything else... no i needed more bank space. am i cashing in on all that i payed for and not just using the bank shure but my point here is giving f2p a little here and there wont change things if anything it will help the game grow.

sorry if this has been posted but the did u know part of this artical is only partialy right. Magic defence is bassed on both defence lvl and magic lvl this is stated in the magic faq section in the manual. but for the overall artical i must say power to the ranger here, even thought i hate it myself. now if only i can find a monster that pays for its death by runes not arrows i will be set. (note: i know all about metal drags ppl for me they arent worth it.)

is it better to wear arams at iron drags or void mage? also do i have to wear the void guantlets inorder to get the set bounis?

what is a good invantory/armor for maging iron/steel drags? im lvl 76 mage and im going for 80. price is not a big problem so dont go telling me ill louse money but please give an estimated cost-profit ration for your suggestion. thanks.

fastest way with no money spent is kill tons of chickens but i suggest moss giants. i just became a mem and i got to 54 pray f2p mostly from hill and moss giants. i dont suggest ice giants for pray cause they take longer to kill but thats just me.

what whould best drags to melee with my stats?

looking for a good monster to train on and get lots of prayer exp and profit(if possible pray #1 priority). no pc i know that one.

you could smelt steel bars. last i checked you made 200 gp per bar but that was a few days ago but it is usually good money or rc but i preferre bars they are faster money.

i whould do any of the following: flesh eaters, hobgoblins, cockroach drones, hill giants, or cockroach workers or moss giants but i would only suggest the last 2 with a group. ill try 2 rember 2 add you so we can talk and find the best monster for you.
