  1. Nice find. Looks like they really did heed our words on the official forum. Some of this stuff looks great.
  2. It also depended on where you sold stuff. Essence, Magic -- East Varrock Bank Anything (but not as focused buying) -- West Varrock Bank Fletching, Crafting, Magic -- Seers Herblore -- West Fally Bank Mining -- East Fally Bank But, yea, it didn't go as fast. But for a lot of items, I wouldn't say it's changed much.
  3. I agree that it has made for a better community; however, I will never forget how much fun killing people in the wilderness was.
  4. I definitely haven't noticed any nerf to the leveling system, especially combat. One could argue that making cooking "cook x" would be a nerf, and so on and so forth, but combat has always given 4xp per 1 damage done. And it still continues to give that same amount, as far as I know. Perhaps it was so easy to level up combat because you knew what it would take or you thought it would be harder than it actually was.
  5. I guess this would be a replacement of the duel arena allowing staking pretty much anywhere. Just like the old Runescape Classic's system, but with staking, etc, etc. I'd support it.
  6. This is what they want you to think. The gods didn't put her here for no reason at all. She has to serve some purpose, even if so small. And apparently you have the gall to call out my writing. Well, sir, this has nothing to do with me, but with that Drakan man and the Blakey family. I was just communicating the message clearly and straightforward, but with enough back story to get the idea. I will continue my research later.
  7. I didn't really know where to go or what to do after my failed attempts to get a name from the Music Appreciator near Draynor. So, I left and tried to forget about her. I found several other musicians all with their own appreciators, but they just all reminded of her, the lone nameless appreciator. My brain was so rattled with questions about her. Why was she there? What does she do when she's not listening? Does she even do anything else? And most importantly: What's her name? Soon, I slowly forgot about her. I went on some petty quests people asked me to do in Canifis. They were simple: giving armor to a bunch of rowdies in a cave, making a zombie, overthrowing a dictatorship. You name it, I did it. But on my travels I came across another musician. This one, however, was different. He had no appreciators. I felt a bit sorry for him, so I stopped by and listened for a while to his nice music. I had never met the man before, but I felt like I knew him. Bill Blakey as I remember, but I didn't remember an accordion. "Hey, where'd you learn to play the accordion?" I asked. His reply was just random lyrics of an old song, he was a ghost of course. But I was in Mort Myre, it was common place. [hide=][/hide] It seemed as though he couldn't even detect my presence there. I didn't really know why, but then it brought back the memories of the Music Appreciator of Draynor. Then it hit me like a drunk dwarf's rock. Bill Blakey had no listeners, the Music Appreciator of Draynor was the only appreciator of the musician there. She must've felt sorry for the musician there just as I had for Bill. She didn't detect my presence just like the ghostly musician. They had to be father and daughter. I don't know why they are both unable to detect presences, but I think it must have something to do with that Drakan fellow. Most of the errands I ran in that area were over some fellow of that name. Apparently he's some royalty and has powers, which is why no one has stood up to the fellow by now, I suppose. I personally think the Blakey family had a curse cast upon them. For what? I don't know. But all I know is that I found out half of the Music Appreciator's name of Draynor - Miss Blakey.
  8. I'm looking at whip right now, and it's all but gone down. Same for Fury. Whip - Max at 1.9 mil Fury - Max at 2.1 mil What are you guys talking about?
  9. Well, the Spec was changed from 10% to 25%. It was removed from Player-Killing drop table. That's about it, actually. People want to see the new spec and there's less in circulation.
  10. Lamp all the way. Or the Book of Knowledge. If it's not offered, I choose the next best option, which starts at highest value.
  11. I don't know how to explain this very well, but I will. The music appreciator next to Draynor's Bard is surprisingly attractive. She just sits there with deep concentration and love for the music she's listening to. Every time I walk by and need to get a quick rest and enjoy the music, she's there. Obviously, I'm growing concerned. I don't understand how this music appreciator(which I've tried to talk to but won't return the favor) can sit and enjoy the music for so long. The musician I can handle because he gets into a rhythm and just can't stop, but her, I don't know about her. It's driving me absolutely insane. I find myself day dreaming about her. I spend hours sitting there with her listening, but nothing has worked. I even went and got up a few strength levels to even myself out. Nothing. Then I went and did a few noble quests to try and become the 'hero.' She didn't budge. My growing concern has turned into a bit of frustration because I want to talk to her so bad. I want to know her name, but no avail. She's so pretty, probably prettier than that young Wendy. I don't know what to think of it all, but here's a picture of me and her:
  12. The new login screen is teh sex. Check it out.
  13. I enjoyed the interview a lot. The articles are pretty decent too. And the comic is nice to boot! Keep up the good work!
  14. The cell leading to the Stronghold of Player Safety in the jail is an obvious reference to the Shawshank Redemption. There's the poster, the chess set, need I say more?
  15. Thanks, guys. As you can tell I'm fairly new at this and all of your critiques helped. I'll definitely keep in mind about the black out-lines and start on lining the rest of my picture as soon as possible. Thanks! :
  16. I added a third potion. The third one has the same amount of liquid as the first, but with the shading of the second. Do you still like the first out of all because of the black lines or did you not like the second because of the extra liquid?
  17. Hello, I was wondering if you could critique my pixels. This is the pixel I'm working on. A part of it anyway, I'm on the potion part. On the left is one version and the right is another. I think the right is a better version, because I'm trying to make a 3-d version of my first pixel: I know it's a little smaller than most things I've seen, but I'm trying to make each part as perfect as possible. The main problem I'm running into with the potions is the glass. I don't know how to color is correctly, it seems. I can't seem to get the "clearness" or transparent part of the glass to really be defined. So, critique away, please.
