No, instead you'll get lung cancer. Honestly, from what I've seen, people who have problems with alcohol almost always have some other problem that accentuates it. It's entirely possible to enjoy alcohol in moderation with no negative consequences. That said, that does depend on the individual. If you feel your life is better without alcohol, that's your choice and at least you're making it with good intentions. Hopefully it helps.

Well, shaving/trimming the beard is the easiest thing. But even then, the only industry that has an excuse for not hiring you because of it is the food industry. Otherwise, I wouldn't think other companies would really care provided you keep it clean and all that.

No idea. You could trim or shape the beard though, that might help. EDIT: What kind of job is it, anyway? If it's anything around food they can just claim "food safety", perhaps unless you agree to wear a beardnet.

By 'consent', you mean them or the parents consenting it? I don't see pedophilia ever being *completely* acceptable (unless we go back to being a Roman society, which I hope never happens), but the parental/self consent thing is as far it'll get knowing society. Well, I don't think it would be completely acceptable, but it has been and is currently acceptable to some degree. I just don't see it as being that far fetched that we may go back that way again. Yeah. Like I said above, it's happened in the past and continues to this day, I don't see it as that outrageous that it could eventually start being accepted again.

Actually, I think pedophilia will eventually become more acceptable (in terms of the lowering of the age of consent). If it's possible for a 16 year old to give informed consent, why not a 15 year old? And then why not a 14 year old? Etc, etc. I'm not saying I agree with it, I just wouldn't be overly surprised if it happens.
