Sure, women are attracted to outgoing guys and they do have a higher likelihood of acquiring girlfriends, but once a guy shows the complete jerk side of himself wouldn't it make sense for the woman to realize what he is like and leave? That is the part I do not understand. Insecurity, comfort, inexperience. It takes a very strong willed person to stand up for things, and a lot of people are happy to get by with something mediocre. Assumptions like that are in High School. Right about now in my college setting, everybody's confident enough, just not everyone gets what they want. Either way, the illogical-ness of it all makes me really not care. I highly doubt that. So there's only nerdy nice guys and jerks in the world? No in between? I highly doubt that. No, but there are people who are sociable and have confidence, and those who don't.

Because she's your first girlfriend and you lost your virginity to her... Which is why high school kids shouldn't have sex, but that's a whole other can of worms. At any rate, the only thing to do is just try to get over her and with enough time you eventually will.

I assume you mean this post?? No one has absolutely no chance of being selected if they meet the basic requirements (three months, 150 posts). Obviously forum history has an affect but no one is immediately ruled out. EDIT: I should also mention that we don't necessarily reply to unaccepted applications.

That's a php script - i'd need ftp access to the forum server. I could modify it to be able to do it with just access to the admin query browser. But even then I'd need to be an admin, plus just running it like that would probably break something.

When you post on a topic it creates the post and marks the topic read. It seems to be the marking read that's taking a long time (and some other stuff). No idea what in particular. @halo: no, no one posted porn. Not recently, anyway :P In regards to autoplay, better to just not post autoplay at all....better safe than sorry eh..

It's irrelevant as to who reported who. What's relevant is that although we allow practically anything in this thread, that doesn't mean we allow every single thing. So post by the rules, and you'll be fine. So no porn, no autoplay vids, and no stretching the page to a ridiculous extent.
