What do you want me to say. Between what I said before and the DS war history thread, theres not much more to say.

Clan Name: Phobia Amount of Members: 301 Average Skill Total: 1059 Average Hit Points: 72.791 Average Combat Level: 87.061 Clan Name: The Futures Amount of Members: 219 Average Skill Total: 1236 Average Hit Points: 79.626 Average Combat Level: 96.267 Should be an interesting fight. TF has the levels but Phobia has the numbers. I am guessing it will all come down to how many each clan pulls to the fight and how good their organization is.

There were a ton of spectators but I have no idea why you would think that DS actually called them. It was a fight between the two strongest clans and it was not hard to find out the date because clans then did not take the same precautions as they do now. Spectators were inevitable, maybe they could have been lowered to a lessened degree but theres no way of clearing everyone out. Even now when we mass in the prayer guild then switch servers we still attract attention. Besides, you lost by 180 options and your senior members even admitted how much you guys sucked at that fight. I can not see how even if we had the cleanest fight ever that you guys could have won. You were not prepared for a fight against the amount of members we had, theres no excuse there. DI underestimated DS and that is why you lost.

Actually we have very few EST members, but combined with our, Canadians, U.K., and Western United States its a semi good compromise for a little over half the clan. The Australians and Asians get kind of screwed over though. Notice why we are almost never defeated in fights that run past 12 A.M., its because its switches into our other timezone. Our peak time in comparison to other clans is during the Australian timezones.

DS is Est/Asian/Australian based. None of our wars have been time friendly to all of our users. One of the reasons this war in particular was not accepted was because we gave DI the advantage in timezone last war (in comparison to us) and Brian said he would give DS the next advantage. I guese as a compromise we instituted the idea on page one but nothing was ever made of it as you can tell. My point is DS has never received its peak time. On all of the wars I have been in (KT and up) all of our Australian members (which is the bulk of the clan) have needed to get up at around 3 A.M. as well. There will never be a time friendly for ever single person, not sure why I even needed to point that out as I thought it was common sense.

Actually it opened and it closed once when it was not even a top twenty clan. Before anything it was just a bunch of friends, about fourty or so, that PKed at castle and moss giants all the time so they decided to make it into a clan. Humble begginings like most other clans, not sure whats wrong with that. This is our war thread, enjoy the bunnies and whatnot we have added to lighten the mood. I'll fix the fonts and stuff later when I get home.

We have had eight full out week or more preparation fights, so that includes mini-wars. If The Dynasty has more then us then great, not sure why that has any relevance. I think we have only had four full out wars though.

I was not speaking on behalf of myself, I was putting VOV's words into perspective. I already gave my point of view on the subject and that was not it. Not sure how any of that constitutes as bringing up the subject again, seeing as I was the one that opened the topic and simply re-posted on it instead of making an entirely new topic saying that the war is off. I thought it was stated clearly enough that the evidence was on the table and you could decide for yourself who was right and who was wrong. Killerconvic effectively stated DI's side and I think I did well in representing DS's. However, both are somewhat conflicting which is why I said there are two different stories. You can piece both parts together in order to get the main idea if you feel on being that involved though.

DI declares on DS, DS does not answer back, DS re-declares on DI, Di does not answer back. Basically thats what your saying VOV. I do not think thats what Metal meant, although his wording could have been better. By the way, THE WAR IS OFF, not sure how all you people are going to loot a non-existant fight.

I am honestly glad about what transpired, seeing as I did not want to accept the war in the first place. Anyways, the facts are on the table and fairly represent both of the parties. You can make your own decision on who was in the right/wrong, what should have been done differently, and who actually declined. I dont really see a point in argueing about something that is pretty much irreversible at this point. I am just happy its over so we can move onto something new new (believe Metal hinted at a P2P mini-war against someone).

Its and opinion held by most. So no it is not fact, but until otherwise proven differently I think it is a fair assumption. When was the last time you heard "Gladz beat Dark Slayers [or Damage Inc., or Runescape Dinasty, or Sacred Templars] in a PK-run in". Thats right, during my year in Dark Slayers I have run into Gladz three times, one being the official war and the other two being complete massacres. Gladz is not the PKing clan that you seem to be caught up with. Dark Slayers is in F2P wilderness almost ever single day so this is not by chance. May I ask why you always try to go on the same power trip by bashing a mod with no sufficient evidence or proofing then continue to flame me with plain old dumb responses?

Well I was not lieing, thats what all Dark Slayers were told to believe. I can not help that there are two completely different sides of the stories. Everything that I have said lines up to what Metal Rock told me. So either Brian or Metal is lieing or at the very least its just a big mis-communication. First Post Lol.. Maybe you should .. (Ready for this) READ YOUR PM! How can we discuss times and dates if you wont allow me to contact you? Youve put it off for over a week and a half now. Kind of hard to discuss times if you haven't accepted or declined the terms that would decide on how the times were discussed. Second Post I had a couple PMs fowarded to him. There isn't much to talk about unless DI leadership is incapable of either reading our terms, understanding them, or unable to write a post saying whether they accept or decline our terms. I assumed that Di leadership is literate so I don't believe that would be a cause for much concern. The terms we posted several days ago need to be accepted/declined by DI before anything can be discussed. That "12-hour" thing bs needs to be discussed. So yes DS leadership MUST talk to Brian. Stop avoiding him. How do you discuss it? I can explain how it works again or I could read it outloud over Ts or something. Other than that it's either accepted or declined. If Di think it's unfair, they could just explain why in their topic declining our terms (not quite sure how it'd be unfair seeing that we'd be willing to be either side.) More or less its just twelve pages of the same stuff over and over again reiterated by different people from each clan. All you need to know is that Dark Slayers wanted their terms accepted before other things were to be discussed. These terms were non-negotiable so DS refused to take any priority in reading/responding to Brian's responses. Because after a long while Brian had not given us a "Yes we accept the terms" or a "no we do not accept the terms" Dark Slayers addressed the terms in public and hoped for a public response from Brian. Of which never happened so the war is now off. You can read the first two posts if you want to catch the whole thing, but the third posts is really a waste of your time. Its just the original declaration post, which you can see on the first page anyways. You made me read through 17 pages of flames for nothing. So thats the story, I do not believe anything I said was wrong in previous posts, but alot of it is he said she said. When talking about the terms and how Brian PMed DS leaders, I suppose he did indeed. But, it was not the kind of PM we were looking for (as we stated the terms were non-negotiable). I am not sure if the truth will ever be unvealed.

Oooh wow I guese I did get owned. Never actually read the threads because I rarely visit Runescape Community inless after a large run-in. Was going off of what Metal Rock told me on Dark Slayer's private boards. Well someone is obviously lieing then inless its just a big mis-communication. I won't edit just so you can see what I have already said and what Dark Slayers current reasoning is, but it may be best not to take anyone's word for now until it gets cleared up. As for being a lier? It was honestly a mistake if indeed Dark Slayers is in the wrong. I'll read the posts on Runescape Community and get a catch-up with my facts in the morning.

If you had cared to read the whole thread Jammy you would understand that I was agreeing with you. But yes Sacred Templars would most definiatly beat Gladz in a non preparation fight. Sacred Templars pulls about 250 options to an unofficial fight while Gladz pulls half that. Plus Sacred Templars are better organized and have higher combat averages. Notice how most people rank Gladz at like 8th for PKing :roll:

I play off of a wireless network using Linksys with my brother as well. I have never had a problem with Jagex. We do not even have the same IPs I believe. Its unfortunate that this happened. But I find it kind of unordinary that Jagex would ban a character twice for the same reasoning without substantial proof.

I think they call for the extra help because they need the extra help. We all know that an Alliance clan (without any preparation) would get smacked down in about ten minutes by Damage Inc., Dark Slayers, Sacred Templars, or Runescape Dinasty if they were alone. Why they do not all merge together is not up to me. But I am sure it has something to do with over 1,000 member, about ten leaders, and a couple of large egos. Yes a single clan would be more convenient for the rest of us, but it just would not be able to function on such a grandiose scale such as this.

Whats the point in having an alliance if your not going to use it?

You can see the declaration that Brian posted word for word on the first page. That is what Dark Slayers accepted to. Terms to the war were not discussed upon declaration so Dark Slayers addressed them to Damage Inc.; of which was not responded to in the alloted time, therefore Damage Inc declined. We addressed the topic on Runescape Community, which Brian responded to twice, but not once gave us an answer. Oh well, I guese its in the past now, we are already making plans for something else.

I see nothing wrong with DI teaming with another clan, I just find it ironic that they make fun of other clans that team or have alliances.

Give me the names of any DS members that are complaining about losing to Gladz and I will beat them with a stick for you. We lost, we accepted that loss; so the only ones living in denial is DI. It was funny, while in that recent fight, Bibbleboy and I died at the same time. So we had a funny conversation on the way to Al Karid bank about what the next excuse he was going to make.

I thought it was pretty self-explanitory. But anyways, DI is no longer the clan that says "OMAgawd We don't team with anyone and we can take out AlliAnces all by Our self". It proves that DI wants to team with another clan, or atleast "fall back on".

Why, we accepted and DI declined? DI remains number 3 :D

Appears the war has been called off for now. Upon accepting the declaration, DS sent over our terms to the war. Some of these points were not accepted by DI within the allotted 24 hours time. I am not sure which of the terms were declined by DI, or if they will even be released. My only guesse is that it has something to do with the time, seeing as DI is GMT/EST based and DS is Aussie based. So, As of now there will be no war.
