  1. I saw some noob named Dr Dead Ant with one of those things.
  2. Looks like it was an enjoyable fight. I am kind of surprised about "THE", 140 people to a three day preparation fight is quite impressive. I think we could more than easily see a new number three in the standings soon. Well anyways, better luck next time BK.
  3. He is still the same person no matter what way you look at it. However he did deceive us and for that reason I am very dissapointed. I know that as a moderator I have more than once gotten someone banned for real life item trading (atleast on forums) and I am sure that Duke has done the same (especially considering his activeness in market boards). That to me just seems very hypocritical. So yes this does not make him a different person, but I think it exposes a different side. Whether you choose to continue to respect him after this is your choice. Coming forth and telling us all about this (although we still would have found out eventually) does show some guts. Its obvious you knew what you did was wrong. But still, you decided to keep it to yourself until Jagex found out. That to me shows cowardice, and well, now I really do not know what to think about you. In the end it really does not matter though, or for that reason what any of us think. He has the choice of appealing and Jagex has the choice of accepting or declining, and for me thats a good place to leave off.
  4. No one in their right mind would choose a name like Dr Dead Ant. And then I came along  I also have Dr Dead Cat, Bat, Dog, Bee, and Cow.
  5. Looking forward to the Pest Control :D
  6. Darwin is my homeboy
  7. 5 Dragon Drops within 20 KQ in one day. Two chains, one two-hander, and one left half. So the best was a chain I suppose.
  8. I think it would be too much of a hastle for Jagex to allow everyone to change their names. Sure people, like you said, could possibly do it only if they are 1500 skill total, but that kind of sounds unfair to me. Even so, could you imagen having everyone on your friends list change their names. I know I would not be able to keep track of all the new names ("are you the RS character formerly known as so so?"). Also, it would probably cause a very big strain on customer support with the thousands of impersonations they would receive. Granted, given the chance I would most definitely change my name. There is a reason why my Tip It account (as well as everywhere else) is DDA and not Dr Dead Ant.

  10. 3:0 ----> DS:DI 1. This fight (although controversial I would still count it as a win) 2. The DS vs DI vs ST vs RSD 3. DS vs DI (while back, DI spied our options incorrectly and charged with something like 180 opt vs 270 opt) If you too agree that DS won all of those fights then we have been undefeated for around three months. Our latest loss being to ST, not DI.
  11. i might be misinterpeting but ive gathered from that that in your eyes this scamming issue doesnt need to be addressed? Thats not what I meant. Everyone seems to be throwing way out of proporation and that all online couples are fakes and hollow. The point I was trying to make was that they are not all bad. That does not mean I condone the ones that are used for scamming.
  12. I am not going to say I approve of the item scamming, trust games, and sexual parts (mostly just censor abuse because thats all you can really do) of online dating. However, if something does not affect me than I see no need to complain about it or mock it. All too often I see a couple in Runescape being made fun of by other members of the community just because they say they have intimate feelings for each other. Why does this has to happen? Why do people feel the need to go on a power trip everytime they see something they do not agree with? Now I have personally have met two couples that genuinely 'love' each other and are all good friends of mine. Each of the couples have met each other in real life on multiple accations (yes they are older than 18 and no I do not approve of minors doing this). I can obviously see how most people can knock off each online couple as hollow do to alot of the mishaps that happen in Runescape (mostly item scamming), but through my own experiences I have found that they are all not all like that. I hate it when people just go with the flow and let their brains turn to mush. Think for yourselves and do not always go with the stereotypical views that often the easy way out.
  13. I got this character members at level 3, only because it was supposed to be a PKer on RSC. Training range on F2P on RSC was absolutely horrendous, so that first month of members was well worth it even at such a low level. Once RS2 came out however I decided to make this character my main and went impure. I did not get my first character members until about level sixty, which was a decent level on RSC (probably equivalent to a level 100 nowadays).
  14. It was Blue (worth about 10M at the time) , but enough about me. Sorry for the side tangent. Back on topic. Fortunately atleast you knew were never going to make money on the essence atleast (since you were having people run for you). But still, it is quite discouraging that someone would be so self-centered as to not give back what obviously was not meant to be given to them. I guess its a price you have to pay to find your true friends (or atleast the honorable people in RS).
  15. Not sure, was alcing yew longs and clicked it by accident so I already had money out. Sells to general store for like 5 gp though, so maybe 2 gp from alcing? I lost 398 gp on the nature rune alone (was before runecrafting was out so nats sold 400-450 each). But because it happened so long time ago the hat was much more cheaper than it is now so it was not as big of a deal as if it had happened today.
  16. Level-6 enchant in the magic mini-game next to duel-arena. Probably the fastest XP now not including Ice-Barraging bandits in Al-Karid desert.
  17. You have no reason to feel stupid until you alc a party hat *blushes*.
  18. Skeletons with guthans, will not have to leave for hours
  19. I have a friend that collects strange fruit, here is her picture . My whole clan collects all their fruit and gives to her, its actually worth quite a bit from what I hear. I on the other hand collect pink hats and boots (150 of each). No picture because I am too lazy to walk to bank.
  20. He pops into my clan IRC from time to time. Already knew he was a nice guy, the interview just expanded upon that. I can not even imagine the ammount of PMs he must get when PMs switch to on. I must admit that in my earlier days I used to keep him added *blushes*.
  21. Cleaned, stop the flaming and spamming. Racism, PJing, spying, RSC, moderators, and previous wars have nothing to do with this fight. FNK's post has been edited in so now you can have a taste of both sides without having to look at two topics. In the future if you see duplicate topics PM a moderator, even if it is not a Clan Moderator they can probably handle and sort out the issue. And Killerconvic, I am sorry, next time I go on holiday for a week I will personally tell you my agenda, who I am going to meet, when I am going to leave, and when I will be back. Since you care so much about me maybe I will even send you a postcard.
  22. Why I joined clans and why I remain in clans are probably two different answers. I first just clans just for the PKing and more importantly the wars. If your not in a clan then it is almost impossible to find yourself a good full scaled war. PKing, likewise although not limited to, is done in clans. More so with the birth of RS2 PKing with clans has become much more popular. Often times the only way to counter another clan PK is with another clan PK. So that is why I innitially joined clans. The reason why I remain in clans is because of the friends I have made in them and the community that has generated as a result of the clan. I think its very similiar to how some of us keep on returning to Tip It. We come back and back again to find out whats new, find others opinions, and talk to or even make friends. I think because of this, alot of older players continue to play Runescape where had there not have been clans they would have left long ago.
