Well when the one person that does post it is a senior member in DI, then I do blame it on all DI. Not one member spoke up and said it was wrong and should not have been done. It was removed only after DS made it public, causing them to lose credibility. DI took it down to save their own skin, not because they thought it was wrong.

Thats correct, DS memberlist is copyrighted, and it says right on it :oops: . I hope the spy did not forgot to have that part copied onto the DI forums :roll:

If DS chooses to make a descision regarding their clan ,and their clan only, then why does DI claim the responsibility to mitigate that desiscion? To be honest I really do not know why the DS memberlist is not posted in public, and quite frankly, I really would not care about it either way. The fact of the matter is that DI thought it was right to put spies in DS and take that responsibility apon themselves, even when DS obviously did not approve.

I think discussing matters such as this do change things. Have you not noticed the clans community reaction changes to DI over the past year. Have you ever thought to attribute this to anything? Maybe it is because DS enjoys discussing DI's impracticalites? Besides, I think I was already quite clear in my reasons for posting this here. I believe a flame war is entirely avoidable, which is why I asked for a discussion and not directionless comments.

Yes I understand why you would say to just ignore it. However, I think one of the things that stands DS apart from other clans that have warred and beaten DI, is that we do not stand for this crap. I believe that we intelligently and profficiently prove DI wrong, and that is why we are not only still standing, but are also the reason to why DI has lost power (in revelance to everyone else) in the past year.

Why Is This Here Yes so this post is taken word for word off of RSC (which is why it is quoted), so no need to read it again if you already have. By posting this here I hope to achieve or ammend a couple things not already explained or not able to be conisdered on other forums. Firstly, one reason for posting here is that it is something I think everyone should consider. I believe that because DI made our memberlist public their critisicm should be viewed and also given by the public. Another reason for posting here is not because it has not been posted anywhere else (infact it has been posted on two very popular fan pages), it is because the places where it was posted, DI and RSC, are run by or atleast predominantly controlled by DI members. And well the last reason is kind of simple, it looks like it is about to be locked on RSC, and it already has been on DI (after being pinned). What I Hope to Achieve With This Post Well first I think DI deserves the humiliation of being so dumb. Yes, if it were up to me and not against Tip It rules I would turn this into a flame war and desecrate all the morons with words, but thats not going to happen. I think if this matter was actually discussed, we could all take something away from this, and maybe even learn a couple things about some of clans/members out there in the community. Questions To Consider Looking at the RSC forums I noticed there were alot of questions that had arisen. Some were not answered at all, and some were not answered to enough to my satisfaction, so I' will address them here. Why has the argument shifted from whether DI was teaming with Exer or not to why DS should be able to stand up to a two verse one. Is it that you no longer have faith in your excuse or you lack direction? DS walked out of wilderness with atleast two-hundred options, if you had "owned" us then do you not believe that after a four hour fight you would have killed us all? If I had wanted to look at top ten lists then I would have clicked on the sticky. Quite frankly though, I really do not care what a level one-hundred believes about a clan world that is relatively new to himself. Please respond to my questions because in your presence I feel abnormally intelligent.

DS already declared on DI and won. If DI wants it so bad then why do they not extend the invitation? On a side note, if you were actually at the fight, or were at the fight and not biased, then you would know that Exer had more than twenty options the entire fight. Fourty options after four hours can make quite an impact, especially when it is the difference between being outnumbered and not.

What other clan are you talking about that DS will team up with? I think you are mistaking 'The' Alliance with DS because DS has not teamed up with any clan for the sole purpose of killing DI. Perhaps if you look back far enough in the history of clans you may find a small handful of instances of DS teaming, however by having to do so does it not lose its revelance to this topic?

Where did I say that DS won. It was because of your arrogance we had a null fight. If Excer had not have crashed we probably would have seen a winner (DS), however that didnt happen so I think it would be in DI's favor to accept a null fight. Even so, it was a PK run in so the fight is only worth mentioning. I would say the clan affected the most by this fight was in fact Excer. DS and DI put up a very long fight and did basically what would have been expected of them. However Excer walks away looking like an idiot for crashing. So Supa, just close your mouth, because every time you open it you just degrade yourself even more. And I, being the kind and caring person that I am, would not like to see you desicrate yourself even more.

Pretty sure that was already discussed on RSC and the outcome was that DI did not win. But lets not bring that flame war here.

Stop contradicting yourself. You say that Excer's pressence was not significant in the outcome, then you say your clan killed one-hundred Dark Slayers alone, and even before that you said you killed fourty-six people alone. Please pick one and go with it (for the sake of you not looking like a moron to the clan community). All in all, I have a major lack of respect for Excer as a clan now. Before it was just you, but now its everything, appears you have been given Mitus' Touch, of [cabbage] that is.

Heres a quote from Supa Vegeta on Dark Slayers forums. By reading it, you will understand clearly that Excer had every intention of going after soley Dark Slayers.

Introduction So the fight begins between spider hill and the single area east of rune rocks. Dark Slayers quickly gained dominance over the single and south western most parts of the battle grounds while Damage Inc gained and maintained controll over the eastern battle front (primarily spider hill). At first the fght consisted only of DI and DS, however then we received a visitor... Excer. For roughly two hours Excer fought below the main fight killing off stragglers from both clans. However as the fight progressed it seemed as if DI and Excer had made an unwritten truce amongst each other. Excer blamed DS for making them team with DI stating that we were hunting them previously and he wanted revenge. While Excer may have come to the fight at their own request, they clearly fought alongside Damage Inc., a statement that can not be argued apon. DI later claimed that they did not want Excer there and did not want to have to team upon Dark Slayers, however while DS attempted to kill Excer on many occasions during the fight, DI had no motivation to help get rid of the crashers and continued to go after DS. Rules/Conditions Well no rules were really established mostly because of the fact that it was only a PK run-in and not a mini-war/war. However, to my understanding all clans followed the unofficial rules of the wilderness (no tele, running, etc., etc.). Neither team was entirely successful in eliminating cheating, but at a fight of this scale I believe it was kind of expected that a few minor things would happen. Pre-War Options Dark Slayers: 200 [waiting for confirmation picture] Damage Inc.: 175 Options [waiting for confirmation picture] Excer: 60 [waiting for confirmation picture] The Fight The Video Still waiting on a video, however the quality may be lacking. It will be very hard to make a relatively small video (file size) with over four and a half hours of footage. Not to mention it is highly unlikely that anyone survived the entire fight so it may be split into parts. Post-War Options Dark Slayers left wilderness with a very estimated, 200 options. Damage Inc's options are unknown at the moment, as well as Excer's. Conclusion So as I said before, DI/Excer and DS fought for over four and a half hours. At many different times it seemed that a victor was only a few minutes away, however that was not the case. So after all the fighting we still had no clear winner, and people were continueing to poor into the battle field. At the very end of the fight orange and purple capes began to mingle with red, black, and yellow capes. I am not sure who the newcomers were, but at this time DS felt it was time to leave. A retreat? Absolutely agreed, enjoyed their old stuff (would not consider myself a fan), but now its just too commercial.

I used to listen to alot of death metal, industrial, goth, etc. but now find myself drifting to alot of post metal and post rock.

If you had read the post on RSC, then you would understand that DI themselves decided to turn the attention onto themselves. After DI tried to spread propaganda and even going as far as saying DS has [bleep]ed up every war practicly in clan history they were given a severe tongue lashing by DS and other parts of the clan community. It is only after being made fun of does DI put its tail between its legs and politely suggest that maybe the subject of the DS vs RSD mini war should involve DS and RSD (Wow, brilliant eh? Why couldnt they think of that before?).

My favorite underground band is Isis. I would not consider them totally underground, its just that most people have not heard of them. They have a kind of progressive post metal kind of feel that few other bands that I know of bring to the table. I would compare them with the likes of Tool and Mogwai (yes two very different bands but if you listened to Isis I think you would understand the comparison).
