  1. Haha, that's pretty awesome.
  2. I'm not sure, computers are constantly getting smaller, and I think that within 5 years or so we're going to have near-microscopic computer capable of running something like this.
  3. No longer a cave, now it's a 1.5 mile octagonal temple, which stretches on beneath the surface. I'm also on the lookout for life crystals so I can make my elemental orb more powerful.
  4. Well, in recent days, Dungeoneering. Fastest growing thread on tif? Yes please.
  5. If you choose to reside in Elysium, you must take up permenant residence. Can't have temple members hopping back and forth between two properties that they own. If you move to Elysium, you sell the other property, and if you move out of Elysium, the room is taken back. Still interested? The Elysium temple is now taking NPC members as well. There are space for around 100 people in the temple wall chambers. I'm done for the night.
  6. Okay, attempt to summon the shining elemental again, and I'll assume it's .1 xp per, so I'll just add that to my stats now.
  7. Yeah, that's what it's limited to at the moment. I have an amber elemental, and an onyx elemental, now I'm trying to summon a light, dark and earth elemental (Seperately, of course, not all together. Igos, do you request sanctuary in Elysium?
  8. Heh, no problems there. I should be going to, so I guess I'll leave when you leave. Ares, realising he forgot one thing, goes to the inner wall, and carves chambers into it. Living space, for any who are accepted into the temple. He then returns to his chamber and attempts to fill his retinue of elementals with a dark elemental, a light elemental, and an earth elemental. This brings the elemental orb to it's maximum capacity without adding more life force into it.
  9. Haha, don't think you need to stay up to let us continue playing a game. Also, just going to assume that the last part of my construction gave me .2 xp, to save you having to roll another dice. Finally, to finish the temple, Ares created a room beneath the Elemental chamber, to serve as his study (No xp, really small compared to the rest of the temple. Big enough for one person to have plenty of space for rituals and such.)
  10. Fine with me. Well, you've been doing this for a good 6-7 hours now. Hell, theres no chance I'd be able to cope with that. You, sir, are very patient indeed. (Assuming that is the right word, which it probably isn't) Ares descends below to the elemental orb chamber again, and carves out 7 other wings, each directly below it's respective section on the surface. In each room he creates a pedestal for an item which isn't yet known. On the surface, he creates seven small towers, barely half the size of the central tower. He then climbs to the highest floor of the central tower and gazes upon his creation. A huge temple, one and a half miles wide...with nothing in it, save for a comparatively weak elemental orb. He names his temple Elysium, after the Greek section of the underworld where the souls of the heroic rest.
  11. How much xp do I get for that though? The next thing Ares does is create a huge tower rising up from the centre point, and bridges of stone that lead from the outer wall to the inner wall. (I assume you're getting pretty tired by now, Archi?)
  12. Ares goes to the surface and shifts the wall into an octagonal pattern around the underground chamber. He then creates a second wall in the same shape but farther in, and creates a staircase leading from each point to the exact centre of the shape.
  13. Alright then. Ares then creates 8 doors, one leads outside, the other 7 lead nowhere yet. (Do I get any xp for doing this stuff?)
  14. Jen left, I'm planning on turning the cave into some crazy elemental hall. You're still welcome to stay if you want, but you might not want to is all. Ares leaves to go back to the cave, once there, he attempts to shift the walls into a large, octagonal hall, with the elemental orb in the center on a large pedestal.
  15. Okay then. +.8 in dark magic, which puts me back at 2.0 Am I allowed to stay and study for longer, to gain more xp?
  16. Because nobody is going to question why the gold goes missing and somebody donates it on the same day.
  17. If you steal that gold, Exile will likely cease to exist in a matter of days. They're already lacking money. Money which I'm supposed to gather and pay to them.
  18. Okay, so, repressing all memories of page 120. What happens now? I have a pet kraken and am being taught by a level 50 or so mage. Can I get xp or something now? (Umbra, was that really good luck? Now the town is going to hate you. Unless you tell them you found the giant dead and bought the chest along anyway)
  19. *Blink* Er, sure, go for it.
  20. (Backing away from computer slowly now. :? )
  21. (What's happening?) (Also, shouldn't there be some limit on necromancy and summoning? Maybe the control over them wanes as you attempt to create more, unless they're fueled by a life crystal, but that means they're bound to a location.)
  22. Ares takes the bottle, and drinks the contents, still wondering what the master's words meant.
  23. "I'm not sure I understand. By child do you mean the object I create after using the phial of liquid? I'm sorry for the questions, but I'm confused as to the meaning of this potion."
  24. "One of chaos, one of balance, whichever label you give to a perfect equal of corruption and purity. Neutrality cannot be all there is, I am sure."
  25. "Master, I request an enchanted crystal, to help me train and allow my magicks to flourish. Can you bestow said crystal on me?"
