I'm pretty sure when you're focussing a portal it has the name and where the portal currently teleports you, so you wont be accidentally replacing the wrong portal.

I think the entire quote refers to the wildy and the red and green refers to dragons. The wildy is is where most of the green dragons live and Red Dragon Isle is in the wildy

Because you need the slayer mask or nose peg for abberant spectres I would use fury. If you dont have the slayer helm then use salve(e)
